Waking up in the hospital to a man who is gorgeous, was a shock to say the least. But hearing myself say mate was a shock. How could that man be my mate? To top it off, he is the most feared alpha. What am i going to do? This is not what i expected when I found my mate. What the heck am I going to do? Lena, what if he doesn't want me because he thinks I'm weak and that I have no rank, who would want a mate who has no rank and is a pack slave and punching bag?
He seems different, he seems to want to get to know us. Maybe we should give him a chance. I think he is worth at least a chance. I know you are scared and, to be honest, so am I, but the moon goddess gave us this gift and it would not hurt to see if she was right.

I got dressed in the bathroom of my hospital room and went out to see him waiting for me and ready to walk me back to the house. I am not looking forward to this. I am nervous. I know things are gonna be bad when I get back. I have been gone a week and I can only imagine what has happened and the amount of anger the alpha and everyone else have. I bow my head and watch my feet as we walk to the house. He asks me to explain what is going on. I just looked at my feet and said nothing. I get nervous and cant speak. I'm scared and don't know if this is a trick.
He then asked me to look at him. I look up but I can't look at him, so I look everywhere but at him. This is what I do when I am nervous and don't want to talk. He just looks at me.
We continued on to the house. Once inside, I head for my room when he grabs my hand and wants to know where I am going.
I said to my room. He said no" You are coming to my room where I know no one will bother you. I want you to rest. I have work to do with the alpha and you will be guarded while I am not there.
Oh, I see, is all i said.
I followed him to his room where I crawled into bed and buried myself under the blanket so that I felt safe. I find that I don't feel safe and wait for him to leave.
After what seemed to be a long time, he left . I am left alone with my thoughts and a smell that makes my mouth water. I relaxed enough to fall into a dreamless sleep.
Bradley
I left the room and walked to Alpha Michael's office. The door is closed and I hear them talking. Luke comes up and we are both standing there listening to them argue with each other. Without warning, the door flies open and Alpha Michael and his son are standing there looking at us with a shocked look.
Alpha Michael regains his composure very quickly and welcomes us to come in.
We walk in and have a seat in front of his desk. His son sits at the side and is very quiet and acts as if he doesn't want to be there.
Alpha Michael, what is it that you want from me? I know that you are having a rogue problem, but what is causing this I ask.
We are not sure what is going on, we know that in the last month the rogues have been attacking more frequently and we are losing members with each attack. Its getting worse and we need help, he stated matter afactly.
I see we need to have an understanding as to what is causing the attacks, but first I need to know what you are doing as far as training.
When we got there, there were very few guards and those who were there looked older and ran down. What has happened to the training program here?
The training has suffered because of the attacks and the constant need for patrols. I am running out of people to do the patrols. That is why I have asked for help from you.

As we walked to the alpha's office, Bradley was quiet and not wanting to talk. We approach the door to hear talking and then the door flies open to see alpha Michael and his son.
We go into the office and have a seat.
As Bradley and Alpha Michael are discussing what is going on, I sit and wait for them to figure out what to do and how to handle the rogues.
Having been gone a week already, I really miss my mate and am ready to go home.
Bradley wants to investigate why the rogues are attacking more frequently and this has me intrigued as well.
Bradley stated that we would be able to help with the training and be able to assist with more warriors to help out with the patrol.
Alpha Michael
Having Alpha Bradley in my office saying he will help us is great news and all i have to do is give him my bastard daughter. Hey, at least I got rid of her and the embarrassment she has caused me. He will not be happy with her because she is weak, nobody who doesn't know how to protect herself. Today is turning out to be a really good day.
I have the same question: why are the rogues attacking so much and what in the hell do they want? Not having been able to find this out, we really need to know what is going on.

I sit and listen to my father and Alpha Bradley make an agreement to help us with the rogue attacks. His only request is that he gets to take our slave. Hmm, that is actually very funny. He thinks she is worth something. They keep on about training and about the need for all the people in the pack to train. This could work if we had everyone trained instead of just the men. I don't know if this is something that could work, but it's worth a try. I mind link my father and telling him let's try this. He is the feared alpha and the alliance would greatly benefit us..
