Chapter 29 In the dark, dark night, the insistent crooning of George Michael sliced through the silence. “Arrh,” Alec growled, pulling a pillow over his head. I sat up and stretched, dancing a bit with the song. A moment later he swatted me with the pillow. “What the heck is that noise?” “Wake me up, before you go-go? Come on, this is a classic.” I beamed at him and leaned over him to turn on the lamp. “Ah, why?” “Wow, this is a whole new side of you. So, you’re not a morning person, huh? Cute.
