-16- Chrissy and Autumn sat side-by-side on the living room sofa. The elaborate Karastan rug and tiffany-style lamp provided a cozy atmosphere. The brain fog lifted enough to get some work done. Her research about the latest corporate assault on the environment itched to get out. Her right hand left the keyboard periodically to pet Chrissy who lounged next to her.
