Chapter Fifteen

They had put their bid on the house the next day, the lady had told them she would get back to them in about two days if the buyer excepted, she was so nervous and excited for this and hopped they would get it, she couldnt wait to start her life with Dean in a new home having a new start with him as well, October thought new starts were a great idea, because think of it, if she hadnt moved she wouldnt have met Dean a man who stole her heart in ways no other person ever had she wouldnt be pregnant right now, she wouldnt have her amazing job she wouldnt get to play with sharks, none of this would have happened to her if she hadnt started over despite what her parents had said.

Speaking of her parents, she had yet to tell them they were going to be grandparents, she hoped they would take it better this round, knowing she was successfull happy should make them happy, so when Dean and her got back to her house she let Percy out and went to the phone on the living room wall and called them.

"Hello?" she heard a male pick up after a few rings and smiled.

"Hi Thomas, Its October how are you?" she asked her brother, he had always been biased to the bullshit but he had also always took thier side, he loved his sister she knew that but he loved them more.

"Im great how are you i  kind of miss you Tobie." he said to her.

She smiled, "I miss you too, let me when when ever you want to come down ill buy your way." she said to him.

He just laughed, "I dont know if mom and dad would aprove" he said to her.

"Anyway Thomas, i guess since you have answered i wanted to tell you something great." she said to him looking at Dean who was watching her intently.

"What is it?" he asked.

"Well your going to be an uncle, im pregnant." she said

He laughed, "That is great Tobie i am happy for you, i hope i get to meet him or her someday." he said to his sister.

"For sure you will, are they around? i need to tell them." she stated not sounding to excited.

"Yes they are, ill send you to them their in the office." he said

Of corse they are she thought they said their good byes and he sent her call to them, "Hello?" said an irritated womans voice.

"Hello Mother." said October.

There was some silence on the other line then she heard her mother put her on speaker phone, "October your father is here with me what is it that you want?" her mother asked voice cold as always.

"Look i dont want to take up to much of your precouse time i just wanted you to know you will be grandparents soon, im pregnant." she said.

Silence again until. "Why would we be grandparents?" her father asked.

Her mother, "Exactly, you chose to divorce your husband and take off neglect your duties did you think we were joking when we told you to not bother coming back?" her mother stated.

She didnt even get angry she knew this would happen she just simply said what she had to say then she would hang up for ever with them, "Look you two, i am your f*****g daughter, your blood, you dont treat family like this weather i was a oops baby or not, im doing what i love i make alot of money i am buying another house with the baby's father, i dont need money from you i dont need you period it is just common sense common curtosy to call the babys grandparents and let them know, that is what i am doing. If the who of you choose to stay distant that is on you i frankly dont give a s**t, i havent gotten an ounce of love from either of you my entire life, and since i have been gone i have been so happy to not have the two of you dragging me down again. I told you what i needed now i can finally say good bye to you people." she said and hung up.

Dean smiled at her and said, "Thats my girl." 

October looked at him and walked towards him hugging him, she was about to tell him she wanted to try again when they heard Percy growling and barking. she looked out the door, "What the hell?" so they ran out and ran towards were he was, he was digging and tugging at something burried in the grassy sand. 

When they got there October gasped and grabbed for his collar. what they saw shocked the both of them, there in the sand was a hand partialy uncovered. Dean grabbed her, "Look at me, go back to the house call my brother, go now." he said firmly, shaking she looked at him and nodded pulling her dog with her back to the house.

Dean stayed there waiting when his brother and a few other police showed up. Soon it was turned into a crime seen as the body of a young woman about 18 years old was dug up. Everything seemed to go in slow motion, questions were asked the last note was brought up and another investigation was taken up with this other body after a few hours it was taken to the morgue awaiting to be picked up by the fbi.

When everyone had left he and October sat on the couch in silence. "He wasnt lieing." she said after a few moments of silence.

Dean looked at her, her face was in shock but she wasnt freaking out, "Lets just get it off our minds, ill draw you a bath," he said to her and got up heading to the bathroom.

October didnt know what posessed her to get up and walk to the bathroom with him, but it wasnt for a bath, she wanted to tell him now. "Dean." she said.

"What?" he answered about to start the bath water.

"Stop doing that please." she stated he nodded and turned fully towards her. "I dont want a bath." she said to him.

He walked to her concerned. "What do you want?" he asked.

"You." she said at barely a whisper.

Deans heart started to beat fast. "What?"

"I want you, i want us. I need a discraction form all of this." she stated.

"This made you decide to be with me?" he asked her waving his hand.

She laughed, "No i decided last night while talking with Milly and i was about to tell you when Percy..." she started, "Anyway I want us to try again," she told him.

Soon his face split in a huge smile and he ran up to her picking her up, both of them laughed, she wrapped her legs around his waste and kissed him, putting her hands into his hair, something she had missed doing, the kiss had gotten a little hotter than it did yesterday, and this time when she pulled away she said, "Make love to me? take my mind off of all of this hell?" she asked him.

He smiled, "You never have to ask me to love you." he said walking to the bedroom.

He laid her down on the bed slowly getting undressed then doing the same to her, kissing her as he removed her clothing, tonight he was going to show her what it was to make love when you were in love. he kissed every part of her body, feeling her tremble from the pleasure of it, "You are beautiful and your all mine, nobody will ever take you from me, " he said looking into her eyes, then he kissed her again.

That night was filled with love and moans of slow deep strokes and mind blowing s*x, when they both reached their climaxes they both said they loved each other, over and over again that night they made love until they were so exausted they passed out.

Life was great for the two of them, Dean always stayed with her, never leaving her but when they both worked, filling every night with s*x and laughter, they still couldnt get enough of each other. They were like teenagers, they couldnt keep their hands to themselves making love in the kitchen, bathroom, living room, on the desk, it was insane.

They had heard back from the relater who told them that the house was theirs. They had spent the next week going over their belongings dividing things up downsizing and combinding what they had at each house, once everything was packed it was time to move in, and a few weeks after that their new house was a home, and their old homes were on the market to be sold as this was all happening.

October was even happier than she had been when she moved down here. It was now two weeks into August and the wearther was starting to change and get chillier, her belly getting bigger, they were due soon to find out the s*x of the baby, even thought October had a feeling it was going to be a boy, and on their first night in the new house they laughed and argued over baby names deciding that the boy would be named Whyatt James and the girl would be Milly Ray, Milly was excited over this and prayed for a girl which made both of them laugh.

The forensic people had found evidence on this last body that was found leading to the knowlege that it was infact Mark who had killed this woman, they were still uncertain about Ez, but they had proof to lock him up for this murder, the problem was that he couldnt be found, he wasnt in Philly and they didnt find him here when they searched and a man hunt was sent out for him. October was still a bit scared as to when he would show up and as he belly grew bigger her fear did too.

Her fear escalated when another not shoed up a week and a half after settling into the new home.

Tobie, by now you know it is i who has been threatening you, and it sure took you long enough to find her body, i stopped at you little house to catch sight of you and found out you no longer lived there, i cant tell you how unpleased i was when i did find you and that man you let put his seed into you.

thats right i know about the baby i have been following you, i know they are looking for me and they wont catch me, i am far beyond pissed at the out come of your choices and have made my choice with you my one dear love, soon we will meet again, soon you will be mine, there is no stopping me, you are mine and he will pay for touching you, this is a promise, see you soon lovely.

She had given this note just like the last two to James, security was placed up at her house since then and she just waited for him to show up for her, she had a bad feeling it would be soon, sooner than she might think.

He knew it was time, the snow would be falling soon and he wouldnt be able to survive the cold, he had made up his mind with his cheating wife, he was going to kill her after he had her one last time, and if she wanted that f**k to live she would come with him willingly or he would die.

He would f**k her then cut that abomination out of her womb and let her bleed to death, and when she died he would kill himself as well, there was no going back on what she had did to him, she broke him, made him a raging beast and he was coming for her.

He had it all set up he had snuck into the bar and looked at the mans work schedual there was a night both him and that woman would be working leaving his wife alone, he would make something happen in town so that the cop was distracted, then he would take her to her old house r**e her and kill her. it was what she deserved after leaving and sending him those divorce papers. she had left without word and went crying to the police and her parent, of corse nobody believed her.

His evil smiled played out in his head his plans all laid out for him, he was a smart man she was a f*****g i***t, in just two days, she would be his again for eternity this time.
