Chapter Sixteen

Not knowing when her ex would strike again, and having the protection of people close to her she went about her life, it had been two days since the note was left on her car again and the weather was getting colder, today was the day also that her and Dean would find out the s*x of the baby.

They were both excited and this was happening before he and Milly went to work. James was supposed to be with her tonight, everything was covered she thought as her and dean drove to the OBGYN.

"Are you ready baby?" he asked her, a smile on his face.

October returned that smile rubbing her bump, "You betchya." she said laughing.

When they got there Pam got her in right away smiling at the couple as they entered, "Ok my dear you know the drill." she said, "I'll be back in a moment." she walked out.

October laid on the bed and lifted her shirt and tucked it under her sports bra then folded down her pants and tucked them into her panties, now she just waited for the doc. to come back in. when she did she had a warm bottle of jell in her hands, she squirted it onto her belly and got the ultrasound machine up and running scanning her bump, first taking the heart beat saying it was a perfect beat, next she was silent moving it around snapping pictures for them, when she got to the s*x part of the baby, both her and Dean held their breaths.

Dean looked at October, tears in his eyes, she looked at him, tears in her eyes, they both smiled and started to laugh, "We are having a little boy!" they said at the same time loudly then all three of them started to laugh.

After the apointment, they headed back home. when they walked through the door Dean spun her around and lifted her up wrapping her legs around his waist, then he smashed his lips to hers, "I love you." he said to her.

"I love you too." she whispered to him as he laid her on the couch, "Dont be easy this time Dean, i want it fast, i want it hard." she said to him.

Dean stopped kissing her neck, "But the baby." he stated.

She smiled, "Will be fine, i want you to f**k me not love me right now." she said point blank to him.

He grinned, " Yes ma'am." and got to work.

"James im going to go take a shower ok." she said to him and he nodded at her looking out the windows to make sure they were locked and the deputies were outside as well doing their patrolls. she had such a great day she had forgotten all about the bad feeling she had as she stripped her roab off and got into the shower. she turned the water on a little hotter than she was supposed to but she didnt take hot hot showers as much now that she was pregnant, it would just have to be a quicker one so she didnt hurt the baby.

When she got out and got dressed she walked back out to the living room where James was pacing and on the phone. "Ok ok ill be there as soon as i can." he said and hung up.

Octobe scrunched her face up, "Whats wrong James?" she asked him.

He looked up at her, "Tobie, i have to go a building has cought on fire in town im not sure which one but they think it is arsen." he said.

She started to panic. "I'll get my shoes." she said.

"No, you cant be around the smoke because of the baby." he said to her.

"What if its the Bar damn it James what if its this baby's father?!" she screamed at him.

He walked to her and hugged her, "Its not sweety i called and Milly and Dean are alright." he said to her, "There are still deputies out front ill send two more you'll be safe." he told her.

She breathed a sigh of reliefe. "Ok just go i understand be safe James." she told him and hugged him agian, then watched as he left the house. 

Pacing she didnt know what to do she hadnt been alone in the house yet she was always at work or with another person, she was walking back and forth in the living room, when her world stopped.

"Hello butterfly." Mark said from behind her, he had been hiding in the living room closet the whole day, almost not being able to sneak past the guards outside. but he managed, then he had watched as she had let that man f**k her and listened to her as she talked like the w***e she was. 

"Mark." she said scared stepping away from him.

He smiled. "Thats right little slut, i thought he wouldnt ever leave it took the fire long enough to catch." he said smiling at her. "Did you enjoy getting f****d like a porn star?" he asked her.

Now she was afraid, and her mother intuition kicked in, save her baby, and she got up and ran, she didnt make it far when he tackled her hard, this time she was able to twist so she landed on top of him instead of on top of her baby. He roared in rage and punched her making her black out. when she woke she was cold and barefoot. Rolling her head she noticed she was in her old house, it was dark and cold and the wind was howeling. and Mark was sitting beside her. "I had to kill the two guards just to drag out out of that place." he said holding up his knife, it was covered in blood and she almost threw up again. This man was indeed mental, she thought. she watched as he got up and went into the kitchen for some reason, she also knew she had her phone in her back pocket, how he hadnt noticed she will never know. but while he was busy running water, she grabbed it out and shot a quick text to Milly, it was the last contact she had sent a message to. it said ' help at henry he has me going to kill me and baby come fast.' and she pressed send shut off the phne and slid it back into her pocket right as he was coming back in. she hoped they would get there fast.

"Mark, you dont have to do this, you can let me go and you can run and hide i wont tell anyone you were here." she started.

He tsked at her, "Now now little butterfly, that wont work, because you need to be punished also i killed two women here along with two guards, and when we were married, " He laughed, "Well my sweet wife, when we where married i had killed seven other women in that basement i made you stay in." he said.

"No! im God i am your god b***h and now its time to make you pay." he said and walked over to her with a clean knife.

"Mark please dont, DONT!" She screamed as he used the knife to cut open her shirt and her pj pants leaving her in just her sports bra and underpants.

And just then the door flew open and  asingle shot was fired, still dazed from the blow she watched as his face went blank and he fell over. she heard rushing feet and someone untied her hands and picked her up, they were crying, "Please dont hurt me." she said before she blacked out.

When Milly had gotten the text from October she panicked running up to Dean, "We have to leave NOW, call James!" she yelled.

Alarmed he looked at his bestfriend, "What are you talking about James is at my house with Tober." he said to her.

"No you i***t he is not someone started fire in town and he had to go he called for back up at your house and i just got a text from Tobie, she is at the Henry house and he has her NOW f*****g MOVE!" she screamed to him dialing James's number, "James get to the Henry house now he has her." she said and hung up both her and Dean running out, he could see the blaze from town, the mother fucker probably started the fire so he could get to her, Dean ran back behind the counter and grabbed his gun, making sure it was loaded before he ran with his friend to the Henry house. 

Not waisting any time he kicked open the door and seen her dazed and half naked on the floor with him between her leggs unzipping his pants, he didnt think twice when he held the gun up and shot him in the back of the head, ending his life emediatly. Looking down he rushed to the love of his life picking her up and walking out of the house her little plea to him barely heard when she blacked out in his arms. he was pannicing he saw the deep cut still bleeding from her belly were their baby was, all he could think about was getting to the hospital. So he just ran it was about a mile from her old house and made it there with her in his arms in minutes. "Please! someone help she was attacked she is pregnant please help them." he said as he started to cry handing her over to the er doctor.

"We have her Dean, we have her let us save her." he doc said as they took her back.

Dean fell to his knees sobbing with Milly holding him. soon after James rushed in seeing his brother he demanded to know what happened. yelling at Milly.

"You were with him when you guys guys got there what the f**k happened?" he yelled.

She snapped her head to him, "Dont f*****g talk to me like that James, We saved her where the f**k were you?" she demanded.

"You knew where i was Millz." he said to her, "Now tell me what the f**k happened i walked into that house to find a man dead and his brains splattered all over the place." he stated.

"We walked in to him about to r**e her a cut over the baby on her belly, Dean shot him with his bar gun." she said to him.

"f**k. Dean." he said as he hugged his brother.

"She has to be ok, she has to be ok, i cant lose her, not like mom and dad." he said sobbing while his brother held him.

"They will save her Dean." he said, "Lets sit down." he told his brother who nodded.

They sat there for what seemed like hours, James looked over to Milly, she wouldnt look at him and she herself was crying, feeling like the ass he was he walked to her to give her a hug. She pushed him away with a cold look on her face, "Millz." he said to her quietly.

"No James, you dont get to come in here an scream at me like that, you dont get to do that, I love her too he needs us but i needed you and you screamed at me, what we walked in on was the worst thing i have seen in my life," she said to him tears rolling down her face. he attempted to hold her again, agian she pushed him away, "Its to late for that." she said and walked back to Dean and sat next to him hold his hand.

That is how they were when Pam and another doctor walked in. They all jumped. "She'll be alright. the cut over the baby wasnt to deep and only took a few stiches, she has a concusion and some damage to her left eye, it might correct itself after awhile, but her and the baby are both strong and fine she just needs time to heal." she told everyone.

Dean walked up to her and hugged her and the other doctor. "Thank you so much." he said to her. she patted his cheek and they walked away saying only one visitor for the night, Dean stayed.

James drove Milly back to her house and walked inside with her. "Milly we have to talk." he said to her.

She wasnt in the mood and was still mad at him but she turned at looked at him, something in his voice told her she wasnt going to like it. "What is it?" she asked.

James didnt know where he would start when it came to her, she had changed his life opened him up to a world of love and laughter, but he had to take this next step for him and his son, and it would leave her hurt. "I'm moving." he said, "I am going closer to Jake." 

She felt as if he world in just a manner of  a few hours had came crashing down on her, "What?" she whispered.

"It's just until i can get custody of him, but i need to do this alone, no distractions." he said looking at the way her face controted with pain, this was killing him.

"Your going to leave me?" she asked him, she watched as he nodded and said he had to, "James, I'm in love with you, im in over my head with your son." she said pleading with him.

He felt his heart break with her, "I'm sorry Millz." he said to her.

"Do you love me?" she asked him.

He knew the right answer and he wanted to tell her yes he loved her she had turned his life around, but he knew things were going to get bad for him fighting for his son and he knew he needed to be clear of distractions for awhile, so with the fear that he would never get her back he lied, "No Milly, i dont love you." he said to her.

She wiped away her tears, and stood tall, she gave him one last look and said, "Please leave James." she told him.

And he did as she asked walking out her door and closing it on what they had, he had a moment of panic when he almost burst back through and told her he had lied to her, but he also had it in his mind he needed her away from him when this all went down. He would be leaving in a few days after he made sure October and Dean were set and alright.

He would miss her and he would see her agian when he got his child back.
