MY PROFESSOR! MY DESTINY!

Chapter III

Three years after.

“Ayen! Ayen wake up “said her Nanay Bing. It is already 7:30 am. You have to hurry up because you are going to be late for work.

“Nay i am not going to report to the office today because i have to submit my requirements at the Sebastian College of Law. Wake me up at 10am” said Ayen.

“I see” said Nanay Bing and she leave Ayen in the room.

When Nanay Bing left, Ayen told herself “ Finally after two years, i was able to save up, both for my tuition fee and for my younger siblings education. Thanks to my bosses for increasing my salary” And now she can pursue her dream of becoming a lawyer. She thank the Lord for all the graces she received.

At 10 am, Ayen woke up from bed, eat her breakfast, fixed herself and rode a jeep going to LRT Masigs.

At 10:20 she reached Masigs and went to Masigs Station.

While Ayen was inside the train she was looking out of window and she can’t refrain herself from daydreaming. She imagined that she passed the bar, signing the roll and was present at the oath taking ceremony. She was only awaken from her daydream when she heard “Arriving at Recto Station” she laughed at her own silliness because she was supposed to alight at Legarda station. However this minor setback, did not ruin her day. It is still a wonderful day she mumble to herself.

Ayen was delighted going to Sebastian College to submit her requirements at the Office of College of Law.

When she entered the office she was nervous and elated to the point that she was having a goosebumps seeing the a large number of SCRA ( Supreme Court Reports Annotated) and Official Gazette on the shelf. She was also amuse seeing the facial expressions her fellow applicants after submitting their requirements.

Ayen i cannot believe that after three years of delayed she is now one step closer towards reaching her ultimate dream.

After Ayen submitted her requirements she was given a paper wherein the enrollment process was written. She followed the instruction and went to different offices like the Registrar Office, Bursar , Encoder and ID booth.

At 4pm she was able to complete her enrollment. She received a form stating her admission together with her schedule of classes. She is now officially enrolled and bonafide student of Sebastian College of Law . For her, this is beginning of her Law School Journey. She felt ecstasy that she wanted to scream, yell, and shout. However, she refrain from doing that because people might think she is crazy so she kept her composure.

As soon as she finished processing her enrollment, she decided to visit the book store near Sebastian College to buy her school supplies. While looking for the stuff she needed, her attention was captured by the different colors of highlighters. She wanted to grab all out of her excitement. But she reminded herself that she did’nt need all that stuff.

After she bought the things she needed she came back home with a look of pure bliss.
