Night had fallen completely by the time Helena returned to the main house of the Moon’s Claw pack. Leofrik’s black car stopped in front of the grand stone-and-wood vestibule. The escort vehicle, carrying Agus, had already veered off toward the prince’s territory moments earlier. Now, she was alone.
