The ride to town was long and torturous. Jon couldn’t shake the feeling that he was being watched. After the life he led, he knew to trust his instincts. He was on his guard constantly. While his brother Jimmy wasn’t in this life anymore his senses were still sharp. Jimmy let out a sharp whistle a few miles ago.
