Episode 3

Tina POV

After a long day and a little shopping I went home to get ready for dinner with my mother and sister. The empress and princess of fashion do not wait for anyone, not even me. After taking my shower I got one of my dresses on and my low hills. Light make-up and grabbed my bag and exited my apartment.   My first stop was the doctor's house. After a quick examination he thought I was getting sick. Send me some medication and send me on my way with the promise to check on me in a week. 

I got to the restaurant and I got seated. I arrived before my mother and sister. I have my own apartment but every once in a while I go to my parent's house. My sister entered with a white dress attracting all the attention of every man in the room. My mother is right behind her with a beautiful long wine color dress. 

-You are a busy woman even for your family- says my sister sounding insulted. 

-Look who's talking,  the woman that spends half of the year out of the country-I said with a smile as I hugged both of them- I have missed you so much. Wait until I tell you what is going on.

We sit and start talking about their travels. We talked about this crazy idea about dating Michael. My mom just looked like she was about to kill dad. I explained that he did not force me and after a business conversation we agreed to move forward. When I told my sister that we were going out tomorrow she offered to do my makeup. After a very good dinner we went our separate ways. I went to my apartment, took my makeup off and sat in my bed and put on some tv. I am a very boring person but once I get home I like to relax with some junk TV. 

I fell asleep at some point because right now my alarm is going off. I got  up, got ready and called a taxi. Parked in front of the office, paid and walked to the door and Jess was waiting for me. 

-Good morning Ms. Sable.

-Morning Jess, any messages for me. 

- No. There is a package in your office.

-Thanks Jess, go back to your duties.

I got to the elevator and straight to my dad’s office.

-Good morning dad. How are you today?

-Good morning  love. Your mom is mad at me for the agreement. The lawyers went over it, they thought it looked good, read it and signed it. Lily has it.

-In that case I will be going to my office. I will see you later.-I told my father as I kissed his cheek.

I walked to my office and Lily walked right behind me. As I enter, there is a beautiful bouquet  of red roses on my desk. 

- Who left this?- Lily just pointed to the card in the center with a smile bigger than her face.

I will see you tonight. Some flowers for your office.

-Who told him I like red roses?

-He asked and I told him. He is trying to get to know you. - she pulled puppy dog eyes on me.-

-You are so lucky you are my best friend. Let’s get to work. Please call Mr. Keene’s office. I want to talk to him.-Lily skipped out of my office like a little girl.  

A few minutes later the call from Michael came and I thanked him for the flowers he will pick me up at 8 from my apartment. Lily brought lunch for the two of us. We sat, ate, and talked. If it wasn’t for Lily I would die in my office. She says I am a workaholic and that I will die without her. I think it is true I have a great best friend. We clean up and keep going with our day. I left at 5 and when I got to my apartment my sister was waiting for me. 

- it was time for you to get here! We have work to do before your date!-exclaimed my sister like it was the end of the world.

We entered my apartment and I was sent to take a shower and wash my hair by a very bossy sister.   When I got out of the bathroom, her whole makeup kit came out and the nightmare started. I do my make-up but I am busy so I do it very lightly. My sister is the opposite from me. She goes all out but it looks good. My sister is an amazing  model and works for dad’s charity. I am the brains and she is the beauty. 

-All done-said a very cheerful- You look so beautiful. He is going to adore the sight of you.-

-Shut up-I said as my head felt heavy and my cheeks turned red.

Then the doorbell rang and we hurried down to open the door. Standing outside was Michael in a dark blue suit. My head was pounding and all of the sudden everything turned black.
