ELISA’S POV I was woken up by voices in my head. At first, I thought it was only a whisper in my dream. “Elisa… Elisa, wake up…” the voice said. I frowned, my brows tight as I turned on the pillow. My mind felt clouded, like it was wrapped in fog. For a moment, I wanted to stay in that fog forever. But the voice came again, a little louder and clearer this time. “Elisa… it’s me.
