ELISA'S POV. I could see Kara and Mona moving around as they worked. I had meant to get up for water, maybe a snack, but I suddenly felt too tired to move. My head felt heavy, and my body drained. Before I knew it, my arms folded on the cool marble surface, and my head came to rest there. when I felt sleep pulling me under I didn't fight it. I allowed myself to drift shut and then the next thing I know, I was dozing off. And just like that, I wasn’t in the kitchen anymore. I was somewhere else, somewhere I didn't recorgnize. I was running. I didn’t know how I had started or where I was, but my body moved as though my life depended on it. My bare feet slapped against the cold floor, each step sending a sharp sting up my legs. My breath tore from my chest in ragged gasps. Tears streamed
