mini recap on Amina's life ( prologue)
Amina is a beautiful girl who grew up in Katsina state in a humble home with strict parents. Her father is a teacher in a government school while her mother is a small trader. she has four siblings in which she's the eldest, her parents try their possible best to make sure her and her siblings get the appropriate and best education in a very good school. when she completed her primary in ideal international school, she wrote an exam in other to seek for admission in one of the best boarding school in Katsina. Matrix girls college is a boarding school with alot of learning equipment and good teachers. it was said that those who attended the school are people with bright future, so parent always wish their children will be able to attend the school, while some children come from another state in other to attend the school. The competition in the school is very high, Amina who always took first (1st)in her result throughout her primary school took fifteenth (15) during her first term in school, she was devastated, highly disappointed in her self because she remembers her family state but she didn't give up she kept encouraging her self, she faced alot of criticism from other family members who always mock her that her father is spending a lot of money on her school but she isn't bringing the best result again, but she still didn't give up but she grew hate for those family members who not only humiliated her but also her parents because they aren't rich, they always want to try to control her dad in which he will do what they want especially Amina grandma she was the Root of the problem, she's greedy for money, she only regards someone who has money. it reached to the extent she told Amina's father to marry another wife (who she choose her self) because she's a woman who grew up in a wealthy home. Amina's mother went through alot because they where trying to chase her away but because of the love both parents have for each other it wasn't possible.
As time went on Amina wrote her WAEC (western African examination council)and JAMB(joint admission and matriculation board ) and she scored a very good score. Her parents were very happy and her father suggested she apply for admission in one of the best university in Nigeria (Ahmadu Bello University) she had all the criteria they need so she took the school post utme exams and she was give admission in the department of art and social science even though it wasn't the course she applied, she took it that way and said "Alhamdulilah God knows the best"
