Hunter’s POV
I sighed as I got up early and went to the shop because we were going to get some parts for a bike. I wanted to know if the bike would ever be used because when it came in it looked like a good bike. As I drove up to the shop I noticed James’ truck sitting out back. I walked into the shop and saw Mechanic laughing with Isabella.
“Bell no!” Mechanic yelled trying to get away from her, but stopped when he saw me.
“Oh.” She muttered sitting back down.
I sighed and went to walk into the offices, but was stopped.
“The parts came in and we were about to start working on the bike.” Mechanic told me.
“Okay, don’t let me stop y’all.” I told him.
He nodded and went back to Isabella. I sat in the office for a little bit, but I couldn’t concentrate with her being so close. I got up and walked outside to see Isabella talking and laughing with the other guys.
I saw she was working on the bike and kept checking if it would turn on. After ten minutes it finally turned on perfectly. She waited five minutes, but it still didn’t turn off.
“Mec, do you want to test drive it before you give it to me?” Isabella asked.
“Sure. I will have someone take a truck in case we need to bring it back.” He told her.
She nodded and watched as he took off. She looked down at her phone glaring at it.
“What?” She asked.
“No; it is not yours! My grandmother gave it to me; for when I have a kid!” Isabella hissed.
She looked like she was getting mad.
“I don’t give a damn. It states everything I brought into this thing; I get to take it. That is one of the things! You can have anything else you want, but not that! Please, I'm begging you. If I don’t get it back I’m not the only one who could get sued because in my grandmother’s will it states it goes to any of her grandchildren who have kids first and my female cousin is pregnant. She can sue the both of us whether I like it or not and guess who’s going to get sued the most?” She asked.
Whatever the person on the phone said made her freeze.
“She isn’t part of my family! You have no right to do that!” She screamed.
She pulled the phone away from her ear and sighed. We heard the bikes coming back. I watched as she whipped her face and smiled like nothing just happened. I went a little back to look like I was just coming out of my office. The boys instantly saw me; nodding.
“Hey, Prez.” They muttered.
“Hey.” I said.
“Mec?” Isabella asked.
“It’s perfect. I just need to get everything signed off that this bike is able to be driven. You can come pick it up-” Isabella cut him.
“If you don’t mind; can you take it to my place when everything is done? I don’t have enough time right now to stop by here for a while. I will try to come see you, but it will be hard with everything I’m going through right now.” She told him.
“Of course. I will personally send it to your house.” He told her.
“Thank you. I have to go.” She said softly.
She walked out back and left in the truck. I sighed and looked at my men who looked worried about her.
“Something happened. I don’t know what it is, but she looked broken. We will see how everything goes.” I told them.
“Hey, Hayden?” Mechanic asked.
“Yeah?” I asked.
“D-Do you think it could be with her past?” He asked me.
I’m not dumb to understand what he had done last night. He might look like he isn’t smart, but he finds out things nobody else is willing to find out.
“I don’t know. I don’t want to know what happened yet.” I told him.
He sighed and nodded. I walked away and went to my bike.
“Call an emergency ride.” I said.
He nodded and started calling everyone. I sighed and waited for him. As soon as he came out with his bike after locking up we took off. I saw everyone was waiting on the streets. We took off to a bar in town.
~~~
We pulled up to the bar which had The Devil Biker Gang. We all walked in smirking. We sat down in our booths waiting for everything to explode. Our w***** danced with some guys while we stayed sitting down.
Before the other gang could kill us we started beating the hell out of them. The leader had decided to take me on, but I was already ready for him. He got a good couple hits while I got some good hits.
“COPS LET’S GO!” One of my prospects yelled.
I dropped the leader and walked away from the bar. I got onto my bike and quickly left. I was a biker and we had things to get out.
