Lilly
I yell at both of them as I cry, "GET THE HELL OUT AND LEAVE ME ALONE!" They both nod their heads and get up slowly and walk out the door, leaving me alone as I cry. I think of my parents and wonder if maybe the brothers were right. I keep crying till I fall asleep. When I wake up, I am in the same room. I look around and realize that I am in Max’s room because I see the book I gave him for his birthday last year. I get up from bed slowly and walk to the bathroom. I look around and see that there are some clothes for me on the dresser. I smiled to myself, thinking that Max must have put them in there last night when I was asleep. Grabbing the clothes and walking into the bathroom. I looked around the bathroom and see there is a towel on the counter. Smiling, I strip off my clothes and turn on the shower. I get in and wash up. I gently wash my stomach. Once I was all clean, or as clean as I could get, I turned off the water and got out, wrapping the towel around me. I start to dry off, and then I get dressed slowly. I walked out of the bathroom and see Nix standing there.What do you want? "Come and look at the girl that just found out her whole life has been a lie." He looks at me sadly and shakes his head. "No beautiful, I am here because I thought maybe you could use a friend that understands." I looked at him then. "Did you lose your parents too?" I asked him. He nods his head as he looks at the floor. Ya, me and my two brothers. We lost our parents when Zack was born. I cried and threw myself into his arms, crying. "I am so sorry, Nix." He hugged me back and held me as I cried. It's OK, sweetheart. Zack was raised by me and Logan. I nod my head as he holds me. There was a knock at the door. "Who is it?" I called out, backing away from Nix. The door opens and Max walks in and looks between me and Nix. "What is going on in there?" I smile and look at Max. Nix was just being a friend and giving me a shoulder to cry on. I blush as I tell Max, seeing him glare at Nix. Nix raised his hands."Nothing happened, man. I swear I know she is your girl. " I look at him confused when he calls me Max’s girl. I am not Max’s girl. We are friends unless you know something I don’t. I look back and forth between the two of them.It's nothing. Nix says as he walks to the door. He stops and looks back at me. If you ever need someone to talk to about it, me and my brother are there for you. I smiled and nodded my head in thanks. He walks out the door, shutting it behind him, leaving me and Max alone in the room. Max walks over to me and wraps his arms around my waist. "I am so sorry, Lilly. I wish there was a way I could make everything better for you. I looked up into his face. "I know Max. I am sorry that I yelled at you and Lucifer. " He chuckles and shakes his head. It's OK, sweetheart. It was kind of hot watching you yell at him. " I giggled and slapped him softly.You goofball. It's going to be so sad when you get a girlfriend. He looked at me funny."Why are you going to be sad?" He asked me softly. I blush and try to look away from him, but he grabs my face gently and turns it back to him. "Umm, because we won’t be able to hang out as much." I told him I was lying to him. I hope he believes me, because I don’t think my heart can take him turning me down. He looks at me hard. Did you just lie to me, Lilly? He asked me as he looked me straight in the eyes. It feels like he is looking straight into my soul. I shook my head no, as I bite my lip. "Are you sure? Because it sounded like you lied to me, Lilly. " I tried to look away from him, but he wouldn’t let me. Max, why do you care? It's not like it matters. I sigh as I tell him. He shakes his head, looking at me. You have no clue how I feel about you? "Are you lying to me Lilly?" I stared at him in shock for a minute. "I am your best friend. You love me as a sister, and that's it. " He shakes his head, smiling, and leans forward and kisses me slowly. He pulls me closer as I kiss him back, wrapping my arms around his neck, pulling him closer. I pull back and look at him panting, trying to catch my breath. "Wow, Max, what was that?" he looks at me, smiling, as he tries to catch his breath too. "That, sweetheart, was me showing you just how I feel about you." I blush as I look at him. "And how do you feel about me?" I asked him, feeling hopeful. Lilly, I have loved you since I first needed you three years ago. I looked at him in shock. "You love me?" I asked him as I looked into his eyes. He smiles and kisses me again. "Yes, sweetheart, I love you." I smile as I kiss him back. Come on, sweetheart. Let me get you something to eat. " I nodded as he pulled me out the door. "So does this mean you want to date me?" I asked Max as we walked down the stairs, heading to the kitchen. He stops and looks back at me, smiling, and wraps his arms around me, picking me up and kissing me hard and fast. "God yes, I want you to be mine." I smile and kiss him back, giggling as he starts walking again.
