Leo's POV
I heard our alarm sounding, letting us know it was time to wake up and prepare for the fight. Pressing the off button, I kissed Evelyn's temple, who was snoring lightly beside me. We had spent more of the day in our room together, enjoying our time and preparing for anything to happen to one of us.
"Love, we have to wake up. It's eight o'clock," I whispered as she turned over to face me. Her brown eye fluttered open, and she smiled at me.
"Are you ready, Beta Leo," she asked, running her fingers along the side of my face.
"Yeah, I just hope everyone else is. We have to meet Landon outside the pack house in two hours. I think Mrs. Sinclair is making a special late-night dinner just for the warriors," I told her.
