Chapter 16: he left her..

Spencer POV;

After Ashlee went to go see her grandmother, there was nothing but silence. I did decide to break the ice.

“Did either of you check that score last night on the game?” I said.

“ I was working late as always,” Logan said.

“No, i haven’t been really wanting to watch the game lately.” He said “ it’s not the same anymore.”

He was refereeing to the fact every season, Ashlee would be over to our place for game night, even tho she had no idea what was going on, she still dressed all cute in the jersey we bought her. Pretended to be like one of us, she is always a blast to have around, especially when she’s try’s her hardest to be one of the guys.

“I know, man. We always have fun on game night with her.” I said to him laughing.

“Yeah but I f***ed that up..” he said, sighing.

“Something your good at doing, huh?? F****** this up for not just you but for everyone.” Logan said rolling his eyes at Liam.

“What are you even doing here? Last I knew you were calling her a w***e, just treating her like s**t. Oh wait your good at doing that.” He replied.

“Cause her and I are working on being friends, unlike you, I can’t just stop talking to her and cut her out of my life.” Logan said. “And last I check you treat her like s**t too, remember the night you took her to the bar and got her drunk then left her there? I am only trying to fix the damage you caused. He added.

“Do you you really wanna compare stories because I think, I’ll win.” He said to Logan.

Finally I had enough, “can you both just shut the h*** up?? For once it’s not about you two and and to compare crap. It’s about Ashlee, last she needs is two of three us fighting, we need to be there for her.” I said to both of them irritated.

“Oh what, you taking Logan side now, Spencer? I heard how your buddies, buddies with him now.” He said to me.

“Why did you come here Liam? To fight with everyone. If anyone is in the wrong right now it’s you. She been beating herself up because she misses you, Liam. Logan has worked passed the fact of what happen to be here for her, so why can’t you man up and be here for her too?” I replied to him. “You always been a selfish man, when you were a little boy. This time it’s not about you.” I added.

Liam got up and said he was just gonna go!!

“Maybe, that a good idea since you couldn’t be more selfish, and not thinking about Ashlee. I said to him.

He shock his head and just chuckled before leaving. I rolled my eyes and waiting for Ashlee to come out. Ashlee was in there pretty much for the rest of the time, until visiting hours were over. I didn’t mind, and it didn’t look like Logan did either.

She came walking out, and she had notice Liam was gone.

“Where Liam go?” She said to us.

Before we could answer she takes her phone out of her pocket and calls him, by the sounds of it, he answered. She was not on the phone for long before hanging up and started crying.

“What’s wrong?” I said to her when I noticed her.

“Son of a bi***” I hear Logan say getting up to go hold her. I just want to go, I can’t stay here with her. Logan suggested she stay with him tonight, and told me He would give me a ride home. My car was still at the company but my girlfriend was staying over tonight so I would just have her drive me to work tomorrow.

While we were on our way, it was a 20 minutes back drive back to the town Ashlee and I live in. I decided to text Liam and find out what he said…

Me: What did you do now?

I waiting 5minutes before he replied.

Liam: it’s none of your business.

Me: Dude been crying again, what did you do?

Liam: I told her, I didn’t wanna do this anymore. I can’t be around the guy anymore and since she wants him in her life, I can’t be in hers.

Me: You really are a selfish a**hole aren’t ya. That’s low, Liam! She dealing with her grandma and you tell her that. You always say Logan doesn’t deserve her but I think it’s you doesn’t deserve her. You’re just a real jacka***.

Liam: whatever I don’t need to take this from you..

I never replied, I can’t believe out all people, he did this to her.

When we got to my place, Ashlee said she had to run in and use the restroom, I gave her my eyes. I stayed back to talk to Logan, I showed him the text messages from Liam. He got pissed, even tho I don’t like your brother, he should of been there for her. I agreed and called him a d***. Ashlee came out telling me my girlfriend was in the apartment, and she met her.

“She seems nice.” She said to me.

I talked to them for a few moments, before they headed off.

Before heading in I decided to call my brother, he didn’t answer and sent me to voicemail. I left a very rude and mean message on his phone, basically telling him if and when I see him again, he better watch his back.m, because I was finally done with his bulls***!!!

I finally decided to head up and spend the rest of the night with my girl.
