Picked up this ‘ere journal from a small market down in Phoenix. Normally I don’t go to the city to do any grocery shopping, but well, Christmas is comin’ up and they’ve got major sales goin’ on. So I thought ok and grabbed me van and drove downtown to pick up the stuff I need. I ain’t spendin’ too much on them Christmas decorations — maybe just a small tree and some stickers and pictures and stuff like that — because Christmas is just another day for me and I don’t celebrate it too big. I stopped believing in Santa Claus since I was a kid so that’s that. I don’t like to write too much so I’ll just end me entry here. I’m wishin’ me old colleagues back at the club a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays and all that jazz. They’re the only mates ol’ man Randy here will remember for the rest of his life. RANDY.
