The Journal of a Werewolf Girl

this journal belongs to:     Alaska B. Snow         date:   8/24/2016            Monday 8/24 4:00pm     starting school tomorrow, I can't say I am excited. I go to Denver Colts High school, a very popular school. Heading into senior year with a somewhat positive outlook, and I'm guessing buy the look of it all it's all about how you express yourself and who you hang out with. There's three groups you could be in: the popular kids, the nerds and the nobodies. I need to be with the cool kids and fast. Hopefully I don't embarrass myself but it's likely to happen.  Tuesday 8/25 6:00am       I hate getting up at this time of day. But in order to get ready I have to get up.     6:24 am     just got on the bus and was noticed by a group of boys and I know how it sounds to most people but it did not look that way.  not too sure about them but something draws me to them.         3:59 pm By the time I got home I was exhausted. You know whose idea it was to transfer in the middle of the school year anyways? mom asked how school was today. I was so tired I did not even hear her till she shook me. “ how was your day” she sounded like an angry bear growling at me. I replied with an OK. She did not just go with “OK” and keeped egging on. I had enough and headed upstairs to my room when I heard be careful who you hang with being called out  from downstairs.      Wednesday 8/26 6:00am         again not a morning person but not willing to miss the bus and get an earful from mom.         6:24am     The same boys as yesterday are looking at me again, kinda getting creepy.         12:50pm         The boys from my bus came to me and sat with me and said they would like to have me in their group. Of course I said yes but I said it calmly and not let them see my excitement. They said meet them on Saturday at 11:50pm I had no problem with it.      Thursday 8/26 6:24am     got on the bus and the boys instructed me to sit with them. I did and the one assuming he is the head honcho of this bunch told me where I am to meet them Saturday. He said at wolf creek 5 miles down the path and 4 meters in the woods. Friday 8/27 6:24 m     I sat with them again but something was different as I got to school.      8:00am      The leader asked me out. I said yes and now we walk everywhere because we have all the same classes. The other girls look at me like I am popular. I know I might not be the prettiest with my long dark hair and hazel eyes but the stairs I got were surprising. I did not know I was with the only popular group in the school till I got the scoop off a girl who wanted to carry my books. My boyfriend looked happy that I was asserting my new role as a popular girl.  Saturday 8/28 9:00pm     Mom went to her club and she will be gone all night.  I invited the guys over and we chilled until my boyfriend got there and we headed out with me and him leading.  11:50pm     we got there a little ahead of schedule but wow was this place beautiful or what. They had built a little place and there was a rock we could sit on.      My bf asked me if I wanted to sit on the rock and get to know him. You could probably guess what I said.      We talked for what seemed like hours. But I  finally know his name Nathan but everybody calls him alpha. I asked him about that but he said he would show me. It was close to 12:00pm and that's when I saw the moon it was full and the boys in my group were nowhere in sight. I asked but Nathan stood up and told me to wait there. He jumped off the rock and ran into the forest.      I did what I was told and waited until I heard the craziest sounds. A wolf howl and Nathan came back after a minute And told me to stand with him on the rock. Suddenly I heard growling coming from the tree line and what stepped out scared me. Werewolves I ran fast until I hit a big tree surrounded by thorn bushes. I turned around only to find the group of werewolves behind me.      I tore my dress while trying to climb the tree then    I heard Nathan say “back” in what seemed like a growl. And the whole pack made a path and cowered as he walked by. He asked me “why did you run and do you not recognize them?”. I looked at all the wolves and asked “is this our group”? He assured”yes I hope they did not frighten you too much” and then asked if I wanted to be one of them.      When I looked to face him he had turned to his form. I said yes and went to him. He took my arm and bit me. I passed out for a minute and woke up sore and  then looked at my hands. I was now part of the pack.      Sunday 8/29 10:00am     I woke up sore and only to hear mom call me down for lunch. I heard the doorbell ring as I was walking down the stairs. It was Nathan I quickly put on my shoes and left. Leaving mom a little confused. I asked about last night as soon as we got away from the house. He informed me of my new role in the pack. He said I am now the alpha female. I did not understand so I asked more questions, but he said meet him at the same place tonight. I asked him what would happen if I did not go. He said “then you will change and end up doing something you Will regret”. I did not question any further and we went to a safe place to talk more.      I got home and what do you know the police were at the house turns out my moms boyfriend tried to get in so that's what I had to look forward to. I got out of the house at 11:00 and got there before Nathan and the guys. Nathan seemed surprised that I got there so fast I told him I ran here. Someone was spying on us and then jumped out of the bushes it was my moms bf.      Nathan knew him and told some of the boys to grab him. He jumped up on the rock and stood next to me. I was under his arm when my mom's boyfriend looked up. Nathan asked me if I knew him and I said yea he is my moms bf. He said he knows too much and his boys will have to dispose of him. I said go ahead just don't get caught. "We never get caught,” he replied with a smile.     It's Monday and I have decided to stop with the dates so I got on the bus and sat with Nathan. I said did you take care of the headache?'' He knew what he meant and nodded.      Tuesday came around and the police were at my door and wanting to talk to mom and me. They asked if we had seen my moms bf. She said not since the restraining order. I said the same and then went up stairs. After that I had Nathan come over and hang out. He knocked at the door. I tried to answer it but mom got there first. She was a little surprised she didn't know I had any friends.     I was not willing to explain my “friend” life to her so I just put on my shoes and left with Nathan. Mom did not seem to care, she had picked up drinking and if I stayed there with her drunk it could lead to a fight so whatever. Me and Nathan hung out all day. I got home about 11:00 and mom passed out in her room. I made sure that she was only passed out and not dead.       Wednesday the only day in the middle of the week. i sat with Nathan and the boys at lunch and we talked for hours. When lunch was over I caught wind of a new group that was forming a new girl group. And yes I smelled them coming down the hallway way too much perfume. They started picking on the other girls in the hall but somehow they decided to target me and that's where I let them know just who they were messing with.      You know that one girl who said she wanted to carry my books? She does that and she lets people know who I am and what group I am in. She let them know but they did not believe it so they tried to mess with me. Nathan and the guys came up behind me as soon and Nathan heard them harassing me.      Nathan asked me if the girls were bothering me. The girls at that time were either shivering because they were scared or cold I could not tell.    But I said yes and they told the girls to beat it. They ran down the hallway that was funny. Nathan stayed by me the rest of the school day. School just ended and I smelled the girls again Nathan who was with me at the time smelled them too.      We got the whole group and went to our special spot early. We knew just what those girls would do and they did and they followed us there.      By the time we got there the girls got lost so we sent some people after them. I was under Nathan's arm when they were brought to us. They were surprised that we knew they followed us. I told them you could smell their perfume for miles. Nathan told them to stay away from his baby, in which that means me.      They said no because I was too pretty which made Nathan pretty upset and he changed into his form.  I had to distract him. And he licked me, that was definitely a kiss. He turned himself back and said now they knew too much. But he said it was my choice to make. And you know what I said “dispose of them and don't get caught”. Nathan kissed me for the first time. Oh my god it was like heaven on a golden dish.     Thursday is a good day and those girls were nowhere in sight. Nathan was with me and we heard the most unpleasant words over the PA “ Would Nathan Daruvar and Alaska Snow please report to the principal's office”. He asked about my last name and I said I would explain later. I did not know what to expect until I got to the office door. I could see the police through the little window.      Nathan said be cool but I was already cool. We walked in and to our surprise his mom and dad were there my mom was too. Not gonna lie, I don't like when mom shows up at school half drunk it's a pain.      We both went into the principal and sat down and our parents were sitting next to us, my mom with me and his mom and dad next to him. The principal asked us about the girls that were bothering me earlier in the week. Nathan said he had not seen them since then and I said the same. We were given the ok to go back to class.     Friday after school we all got together and went to the place taking a different path. And we had our fun. I switched early so I could look at the picture.   I look good. But I can't let anybody see this. I got home and mom was sitting on the porch. I did not care. I went straight to bed.          Saturday Nathan came over and we hung out in my room. I heard a bang from downstairs . I went to look and a guy was there with a gun and I ran upstairs. Told Nathan to go out the window and I will follow. We ran to our place and Nathan called the boys. They all showed up and we talked about what happened.      The man had a gun and shot my mom. The man looked familiar like I had seen before. Not present but in the past I just can't remember. I just can't get over his face. I went to the house to find the police covering the scene. They questioned me and asked if I knew the guy and if I had a place to stay. I said I saw him before but I can't remember his name and I can stay at my boyfriend's house.      Nathan brought me to his house and right away you could tell it was a werewolf house. His parents asked me the weirdest questions and I replied the best way I could. Nathan took me under his arm and said “ she is my alpha female of our group”. His parents looked at me, smiled and said “welcome to the family”. His mom asked me if I would not mind helping around the house. I said yes but I was never taught how to clean a whole house.      She said she would show me after tonight. I knew what the moon was tonight. We stayed at the house to change Nathan first then me. His parents were surprised I was a darker color than Nathan. Nathan is a cream looking brown and I am a black. Both of Nathan's parents are dirt and chocolate colored.      Woke up the next morning in Nathan's bed with him and yes I did give him a kiss good morning. He woke up and accompanied me downstairs for breakfast. Sausage and pancakes are a great smell to wake up to. After I was done Nathan turned my chair around, got on one knee and asked “Alaska will you marry me”? I jumped up, hugged him and said yes. He put the ring on and we showed his parents.      It's the last day of school and the last time I wrote in this book was when I got engaged and yes we are both happily married and living by ourselves. When we got home I cooked Nathan and me dinner. I am now 20 and he is 22 and we both drive. We are planning to expand the Snow family and yes we kept my last name. “It is going to be a full moon tonight” I said. Nathan who was just staring at my butt did not hear me until I said it again.  He came over and whispered in my ear. I told him to wait for tonight.      Night came and I got myself ready to change but with a different outfit. I went to the living room where Nathan was sitting and when he saw me his face turned from a blank face to a holy crap you are hot. He came up to me, took me in his arms and we cuddled till it was time to change.     Woke up to a torn up house. Wow we really made a mess I woke Nathan up and asked to help clean.it took a minute to wake him up but after a few times he helped and we cleaned up all morning. We had been doing this for a few weeks and this is the first time I did not feel good after cleaning, Nathan being the sweetheart he is told me to sit down and relax. I ended up going to the bathroom and throwing up. Nathan, not knowing where I went came in and asked if I was ok. I said just a little bit of morning sickness.      The rest of my day was ok but the next morning it happened again. I had a hunch and asked if we could go out later and Nathan took me to a*****e and we got pregnancy tests. We hit a few stores on our way back but when we got home I used one and gave it a couple minutes and it turned positive and did not believe it so I did another one. It turned out the same. I called Nathan into the living room after I was done in the bathroom. He came in and I told him the news.      He said “really are you... really”? I showed him the two tests. “ oh my god you are. Wait, why are there two tests”? He asked “I did not believe the first one” I replied with a sheepish look on my face. He hugged me and kissed me and was excited I was too.      We scheduled a doctor's appointment and the doctor wanted an ultrasound. The next couple months are going to be the craziest with cravings and morning sickness is common, the doctor said. When we got home I put the picture of our baby on the fridge.          forgot to write in my journal again. It's been 6 months into my pregnancy I think lost count and I'm getting pretty big. Nathan gets me whatever I need. He works now making $24 an hour and making $3,760 a month. He came home and we had dinner. I told him about the baby and we need to see the doctor again for a monthly check up. He agreed so he called and made an appointment. And the next day I got another ultrasound and found out I'm not 6 months. I'm 9 months in and should have her any day now. Asked how he knew the baby was a girl. He showed me. The turtle is the indicator that it's a girl and gave me the picture.      I went home and went to bed. I woke up at 3;45 am with bad stomach pains. I had to wake Nathan, I told him my water broke and we needed to go. We got to the hospital and they rushed me into the delivery room so I could have my baby. The doctor told me to push. I did not understand at first so I tried and kept doing that over and over until I heard her cry for the first time. They brought her to me. She was the most beautiful baby I have ever seen. I will name her Gloria Anne Snow.       when we first brought her home was the happiest I have ever been and will ever be in my whole life. I have a full time responsibility now. I will have to stop writing in this but maybe just maybe I will give this to her when shes older.           until then I guess thats the end of my journal...
