Richard fixed his eyes on his phone and didn't give Sophia a reply "You know for the past year you've been an entirely different person. You're no longer the man I married, you're no longer my prince charming" Tears welled up in her eyes as she spoke "You don't care about me anymore, you don't give me any attention, I'm just invincible to you. You only care about your business. We've been married for four years Richard, good four years! The first three years were blissful and amazing, and we had many things in common as husband and wife. A dark-complexioned woman with brown eyes and long dark hair asked the secretary of Richard's Corporation in a bossy tone. "Yes, ma'am. Who are you, ma'am? Do you have an appointment with him? Asked the secretary in a cool and respectful manner. "Don't you know me? Everyone here does" the woman said proudly. "I'm sorry ma'am, I don't seem to recognize you" the secretary replied keeping her cool The woman now feeling irritated shouted at the secretary "TELL YOUR BOSS MARIE IS HERE!!" "Oo…okay ma'am" replied the secretary in a trembling voice. She has heard about who Marie was from the rest of the employees, and how she can do and undo even if she's not Richard's wife or part of the corporation in any way. "Hello Mr. Richard, You have a guest sir her name is Marie" The secretary called Richard. "Let her come in" Richard replied to the secretary. - "Who's that little girl down there who doesn't recognize me?" Marie asked Richard angrily "She gave me lots of trouble" "I'm sorry babe, she's new here" Richard said in a relaxing manner to calm Marie. "Correct her just in case" Marie snapped "Okay I've heard you, I'll do something. Well, what brings you to my office darling? You could've called" Richard asked, grinning. "It's because it's so important" Marie said, smiling, moving closer to Richard and sitting on his lap. "Tell me then love" "I'm pregnant" Marie said, whispering into Richard's ear. Richard's eyes widened with excitement his face was brightened "Are you serious? You are pregnant? Don't joke with me please" "Yeah baby, I'm just coming back from the hospital and the doctors confirmed I'm two weeks pregnant" replied Marie smiling. Richard gave Marie a light kiss on her lips "I'm so happy right now. Now this calls for celebration because it's huge I finally have an heir, I'm the happiest man on earth right now" Richard said laughing and oozing with happiness but suddenly his mood changed, and questioned Marie "What about Sophia your friend, what are we going to do regarding her?" He said with concern and worry in his eyes. Marie stood up from Richard's lap and paced the office for about three minutes like a person about to give a presentation thinking of what to say and suddenly shouted. "Yes! I know exactly what we're going to do" Marie said with excitement in her voice "What is it?" Richard asked still concerned but eager to hear what Marie had to say "We're gonna throw her out" Marie replied in a sinister tone Richard, who didn't understand what Marie was trying to say, stood up, faced the window behind him, and had a good laugh before facing Marie. "Throw her out? What's your plan?" Richard asked mockingly "Sit down and learn baby" Marie gestured to Richard to sit and sat opposite him "Her birthday will be coming up next month, right?" She asked hurriedly "Yes. What with her birthday? What's the connection?" He asked confused "Here's the deal Richard, you're going to divorce her…" Richard cuts her and laughs again "You know Sophia and I had a court marriage, I can't just divorce her without any tangible reason. You know this well" "C'mon man, I know. You were supposed to ask me how not this s**t you're saying" She said a little bit disappointed "How?" Richard fixed his eyes to hers and seriousness was evident in his voice. "Good. You'll throw a birthday party for her then we'll drug her and set her up by employing a man hooker to fornicate with her but we'll secretly hide a camera in the room and then use the footage as evidence to divorce her. Sooo easy and simple" Marie said, feeling fulfilled and thrilled. Richard's eyes widened, he was amazed at Marie's plan "You're the real devil haha. I'm impressed with your plan but since you're the master planner here I'd love to know my role" Richard was excited there was a plan to eradicate Sophia from his life and ready to do anything.
