CHAPTER SEVEN:

when we got home we were holding hands talking and laughing right in front of the garage my uncle and his wife were seated having nice interaction, Lisa mom saw us coming with her daughter she gave me a suspicious look trying to send a signal but I refused to look at her I didn't want to catch any of her signals so I greeted them and walked pass them with Lisa behind me.

Lisa went straight to her room while I went to mine because deep down inside of me I really want to be alone I need some alone time to build up strategies on how I can meet with steph again alone this time, I thought so much that I decided to go back to lisa pretending I was feeling lonely so I can get some more information from her Lisa was surprised to see me and had to asked why i came to her room I told her i needed to spend more time with my cousin "am sure its not a bad idea" she said no and quickly asked me to seat with her which i did smiling i think we need to see a movie on Netflix, will you love to watch with me?... I said ok I think that will be a good idea.

She put on a romantic movie and we started watching together after some few minutes I stylishly asked her to tell me more about her girlfriend she suddenly kept quiet and then went ahead asking me why I was trying to know about her I said nothing I just want to know little about her because she is your best friend it is for security reasons just Incase something happened and we need to know about her friend and she said ok and paused the movie and went ahead telling me all she knows about steph including how loving and caring she is, lisa went further telling me how steph was heartbroken when she caught her man cheating and vow never to fall in love again.

I was honestly happy to hear all that; I turned to Lisa and said "do you think Steph is serious about her statement" Lisa was confused and asked what statement?... "I mean when she said she won't fall in love again" yes she's serious she was really hurt, she was so much in love with him and never believed he can do that to her I must be honest David am scared to talk to her about loving anyone again because she gets so violent whenever I talk to her about that so I make sure our conversation won't be about love instead we talk about lust.

I said ok that's cool to know I stood up and told her I'll be in my room she looked at me as if she just got something serious to talk about "hey David; be honest with me why did you ask?..." I looked at her more serious and said nothing I was just curious, I walked to the door turn again and said to her can I ask you a question?... she said go on " Is this why you don't have a boyfriend" No! she replied I left the room thinking of all she said about steph, when I got into my room I remembered tomorrow is holiday we won't be going to school I smile "I think I got a plan; this can be the perfect day for me to meet with steph I quickly took my phone and text Lisa; hey Lisa how about going to the beach tomorrow since it's holiday Lisa replied sure it's a good idea can Steph come with us?... I was speechless I reluctantly said Yes sure; I have to talk to Steph then give me a few minutes.

After a few minutes I got her message "David she's in" I was excited I lay down my head on the pillow smiling, I couldn't wait for tomorrow to come I just hope everything works out well, i also pray she gives me attention the same way she did today, I thought but a few hours what I'll do with the attention she gives if she truly will, I came up with the idea we gonna be playing a game which will make it possible for me to be with her alone some how my whole mind was going up and down on how and what type of game will be good for tomorrow I can't mess things up for myself tomorrow for any reason because am not sure I will be having such opportunity again.

It was late evening and dinner was ready I join my uncle and his family for dinner, it was a delicious meal made from my aunty and honestly I was enjoying it because I am happy I slowly joined the conversation about being successful in life my uncle is a good story teller and I enjoy that alot I was busy enjoying him telling us about how he got to this level and how he became successful in his business he went as far as telling us how he met his wife in a business meeting when she came to represent a company she was working with as the general secretary to the company he said that with so much excitement we all laughed ate and drank happily he demanded that we have more drinks for the night.

As he was talking about how he met his wife he quickly made a point by saying make sure you go for what your heart wants, it's necessary to follow your heart that's one way to be happy in life, I have so much money and influence but all this doesn't make a man happy but doing what your heart wants that alone can make you so much happy; in all make sure you do the right thing he turned to me and said David listen to me; if you want to be great in life do this few things:

1: Make a goal

2: Work towards your goal

3: Stop those unnecessary things that take money away from you and start investing.

4: Walk with people that has same vision as you.

5: While saving your money take risks

6: As a good business man, try to get updated on what is in volk.

7: Spend quality time with your family.

8: Pray to whatever you believe in.

By this you will stand strong and relevant I was amazed and grateful it's never a mistake being here sir, his wife was so excited that she laughed all the time her husband was talking, in a second thought I said to my self why will she come to me when she has such a good man in her life, well that's not my business I am just excited I have such an awesome and hard working uncle with so much experience and business idea am truly lucky to have him in my life, I looked at him and said thank you uncle for this unforgettable knowledge I'll be in my room now sir, i stood up and went to my room happy with a glass of wine, at least my uncle has build up my heart to go for what I want that's just what I want right now I got so much guts already waiting for tomorrow to come quickly.
