In a city of Devon lived a golden family crowned with irresistible ties of growth and development. It was a noble family built up on the fountains of wisdom, knowledge, excellence and unity. It was a family of hardwork par excellence where everybody would love to belong to or even have a taste of their wealth.But even with all these happiness there was still some dark revelations that were to be revealed. This is when Mira came into the picture. She is the daughter of Steve and Kayla who before establishing their industry have had several complications in their marriage. Kayla, Mira's mother was from a very low class family whose means of income serves them only food.Steve family had always longed for their son to be married to a more privilege ruling class for their wealth to increase.So when Kayla was introduced as Steve fiancee, it became hell on earth for her. She was treated like trashed until it became unbearable for her. Although Steve deeply and truly loved Kayla, he was unable to control the circumstances around him. His family: The Croft's family had a serious dealing with the Sue family: a wealthy contract which sustain their home.So Steve 's family secretly arranged that Steve would marry Sue in order to sustain their close bonds of love, harmony, and peaceful coexistence. And since Steve was bound under circumstance, he had no choice than to send her away. During that time, Kayla was found pregnant by the family doctor, Rex and steve was responsible for the pregnancy. Kayla pleaded to raise the baby Mira up for five years before she was sent packing. An agreement was made and Kayla joyfully took care of her daughter. She cared for Mira, gave her smooth hugs, taught her how to write, dance, smile, laugh and even cook at a very young tender age. Mira grew up in exceptional prowess and strength and never expected or sensed that one day her mother would be nowhere to be found. At the age of Five, Mira was already a hardworking, talented, fearless and humble girl. She would wake up early in the morning with a gentle heart after greeting her parents, take her bath, clean the house, read her books her mother bought for her, cook for her parents and many other things. One sunny morning, Mira woke up as usual and went to greet her parents but unfortunately she did not find any of them. She went to her mummy's room and saw a note saying:"Dear Mira, I'm so sorry for disappointing you, life changes so be ready to adapt to a new situation. But at least i'm very grateful that i saw you as lovely baby. My dear life favours those it loves and throws away those it hates. From today you will have a new mum and a new environment. Don't forget what i told you, respect your new mum and follow her instructions. Replace me with her in your lovely heart. Don't forget "I always love my baby girl ". One day we would meet. Your caring mum Kayla. Mira folded the note with tears back to her room. She never thought that she would never see her mother. Mira and her mother were always fond of singing songs about seeing each other forever. This is what made Mira cry the most when she remembered the past. It was as if something precious was taken out of her at the moment. Hours later, enter Steve with his newfound girl, Sue. He took her around the place, showed her every nook and cranny of the house, introduced Mira to Sue. Mira warmly welcomed her new mum into her home. Sue finally got settled into her home with parents, friends, well- wishers, siblings, employees maids and servants at her support. The whole house was now under her, she completely changed. When Steve was out to work, Sue would throw Mira toys away claiming she was a big girl and should stop behaving childish, she also changed Mira shoes into a more cheaper type of shoes. She locked Mira mother's room so that Mira would not enter . Mira now ate only once per day unlike when she was with her real mother and this greatly affected her, when her father was around, she would eat twice, she stopped Mira from entering her kitchen claiming that she Sue had maids and servants at her beck and call. Life became unbearable for her because of her step mother Sue. She would beat her up, seize her toys, disgraced her publicly, give her sour food or raw cooked food or already consumed snacks and this always made Mira unhappy. One day what Sue hoped for came to pass. Mira was in the kitchen drinking water when sue came in to cook. She purposely splashed alligator pepper on Mira's eyes and took her back to her room. She called her husband and told him that Mira wanted to fight with her because she is not her mother. Steve got enraged and told sue to hand over the phone to mira and he told her "You useless child, daughter of a prostitute, why don't you remain silent in that house as you are lucky to be there. If you dare me again, you and your dirty mum will rot in jail ". Those words left MMira in tears as she found herself blind. She had no other choice than to continue with the situation. Anything her stepmother would say to her father, he would just accept what she said as she always threatened to divorce him although they were still engaged. A relapse had just happened. Sue continued enjoying herself with her friends when her husband was in his work abroad. The only person who did symphatized with Mira was Betty, the family house maid. She truly cared for and provided for mira. among the family friends was Max who was a Judas Iscariot indeed. He envied Steve and his family and was also among those who secretly plotters to remove Kayla from her husband's house. His intentions was to become Stevens family friend in order to benefit from their wealth. Max had seen Mira grow in Steve home and developed a strange feeling for Mira not as if he loved her but in order to ruin her. He saw Kayla out of steve house, he saw sue maltreating mira and he decided to come into the picture. He played as a family friend in order to get in touch with Mira. He went into Mira's room and found her blind and crying. She was holding a stick in her right hand. Max started "Hi, Mira i heard what happened to You, i'm very sorry, i promise not just to be a family friend but your closest friends. I would love to fill the gap Sue your step mother could not. Please accept my apology and also my request for our friendship to begin, Mira gladly accepted his request and they became friends although she never knew Max was a Judas. She told Max every nook and cranny of her life. She opened up her heart to Max and detailed every idea to Max. Max became a real best friend to Mira, assisting the blind princess wherever she needed help taking her anywhere she wanted to go. Sue, Mira's step mother noticed what happened and was also plotting hard and evil against Mira. She called Max and confide in him with a fake relationship and they began. They fell suddenly in love with each other drawing the attention of each and every one to them selves. Day and night sue would come and attack Mira while Max would come to her rescue and warn Sue not to disturb her again
