Chapter 24Andy closed his front door, shutting out the driving rain and tossed his umbrella on the floor. I should've never gotten on the couch with her. In fact, I shouldn't have allowed her to talk me into coming home with her. What was I thinking? He thought as he drifted to the window and watched Janet drive away. He'd come close to telling her how he felt last night but couldn't find the words. Or was it he didn't have the courage? Anyway, it didn't matter now. He'd screwed the pooch big time.
