The light calls you home

Anton and Bella are overjoyed as they celebrate, Anton being contracted on a big job he had been working towards for so long. After a difficult year, things were finally turning around for them. With only two days to pack up their lives and move to Maine, they decide to celebrate with wine and a movie. While Anton goes out to buy the perfect bottle of wine, Bella decides to surprise him with a spaghetti dinner. She sets up a cozy and romantic atmosphere in the living room, taking care of every detail and adding a cozy blanket and candles. Bella takes a moment to appreciate her own beauty in the mirror while freshening up, and getting ready for their special dinner together. With her long , dark hair and striking blue eyes, Bella has always been told she is naturally beautiful. She slides a red lipstick over her full lips, and changes into something more delicate as she eagerly awaits Anton’s return. This moment feels like a new beginning for them, and a whole new chapter together. Bella sat on the couch, cuddled up under a warm blanket as she scrolled through the endless options on Netflix. She was searching for the perfect movie to watch tonight with Anton. Suddenly, Bella hears the sound of Anton dancing through the front door. His eyes light up when he sees her. He compliments her on how amazing she looks, and tells her that she always looks beautiful to him. He then notices the dinner she has prepared and expresses his gratitude, feeling lucky to have such a loving and caring wife. As they settled down on the couch together, Bella held up a wine glass for Anton to fill. She takes him by surprise, by saying that she wasn’t drinking tonight. Confused, Anton asked if she was feeling unwell. Bella just smiles taking his hands and explained that she wanted to share some good news with him. She then revealed that she was pregnant, and they both cried tears of joy and hugged each other tightly. Anton and Bella had been trying to start a family for over two years. Going through fertility treatments and experiencing a heartbreaking miscarriage last fall. After being told by her doctor that she most likely would not be able to have children due to health conditions, this news was like a dream come true for both of them. She crawled on to his lap and wrapped her arms around his neck. They kissed passionately, overcome with happiness and excitement for their future as a family. Bella couldn’t believe their luck was finally changing and knew that Maine would be the perfect place to raise their family.
