LOU SANDERS
I did not expect that the plan of destiny would take me by surprise. It seems to me that one of my requests to the stars on how our hearts tie in unexpectedly. It was not in my plans but the prayer was fulfilled in the back of the cloud.           Now I can not escape the memories we have built. In the coming days, I was in danger with him. But, he was just my breathe- it made me. My thoughts are so distracted to him, maybe even what will be the effects of the coming days.   I'm still working on everything, a brand new chapter of my life. I heard someone calls my name. I stood up, after gazing at the stars in the skies. Ask for things unfaltering, hope for something that is not easily attainable. I have my dad second lieutenant Johnny Sanders who is working in U.S Navy. My mom Evelyn is a homemaker. I freeze out how long did I live in Colorado. But things need to change. I have to leave the place where I could stay away from my friends.  Pulled the straps of my backpack that go over my shoulders. My mom drove me to school the next morning. I wave her over, parting ways, close my locker shut, after dropping out some books. Sighed with relief.  ''So it would be the last week for Louise Sanders to step in this school,'' Abby mentioned my name as we both wait for our next class, near across the locker area. ''Maybe goodbye to this old school,'' I say. ''Hey, Ms. Sanders.'' James appeared behind Abby. ''I would like to give you this, just in case you have forgotten our friendship.'' He handed me his soccer team shirt. He always knows that I want to join their team and see myself in the future as a soccer team player. ''Thank you for this, don't worry I will probably visit next summer,'' I replied, and fold it into half, a redshirt. ''Would you mind staying over at my house tonight?'' I placed my head on Abby's lap. We are inside of my room. Dexter clasped his guitar because he is fond of music. James was busy mocking with her girlfriend who was obsessed with him. I went downstairs to get some lemon juice. Open the refrigerator, and make a refill over the pitcher. My dad walked toward my direction in the kitchen. I drink and taste the sour of lemon pulp.  ''How's your school?''  ''It's fine. I got the highest score in literature class, and don't worry dad I don't date.''  ''I will be gone for few weeks, come here.'' He covered me around his arms and kissed my forehead. I went back to my room, as I reached the door, Dexter approached me. Sat next to him. He plays his guitar, to sing his new composition. His voice was music to my ears. ''Have you seen this new guy?'' Abby mumbles. Her voice chuckled. ''No, I haven't. Why?''  ''Abigail is crushing on him,'' Dexter replies. ''Oh really, that's good for you. I had no idea about him. I hope I could meet him soon.'' I say.  The next morning, I pulled out down the window blinds, and the morning sun blares over my window. And found a new neighbor opposite my house, the Sanders residence. I went out of my room, and saw my mom, she greets me with glee. ''Honey, I have good news for you. We don't have many reasons to move to Atlanta. Your grandma asks me to stay with you here because she knows you want it here. But no more pizza on Saturdays.''  I think twice about what she said. Before she had a chance to blink, she grips my hand. ''Okay,'' I say. ''Is there a new neighbor or something? Because I've seen a green pine minivan with the lame stencils on the side.'' ''I haven't seen it yet.'' Abigail and I rode to school together the next day. I met Billy in the school lobby. Billy has broad shoulders, a deep voice, a sharp jaw, and curly blonde hair. His dimples pronounce when he smiles.  I am watching my steps while Billy is on his midway, and Abby is on the left side. He likes Abby since grade school. My mom would pick me up, and when the dismissal arrived I searched her over the parking lot. The rays of the sun gently kissing my cheek. Before we reached the Sanders residence, I noticed the guy but didn't see him.  As I walk in, a trace of jovial could found on my face. I hugged him, it's a few weeks since the last time he went home. We spent dinner together. I woke up from the feeling of someone bussing my forehead. I saw my dad, straddling beside me. I smiled at him. I get up from my bed. '' You've grown up. Time flies so fast. You're not a kid anymore.'' I hug him. ''Get up! Your mom prepared your breakfast.'' He tapped my waist. I went downstairs after got ponytail my hair, see my reflection in the mirror. Dad was sitting while he reads the newspaper. Mom cook for breakfast.  ''I need to go to Abigail, we need to finish our school project,'' I say. ''Okay. Just come home before dinner.'' My dad answers. ''I will tell Billy to pick you up.''  ''Dad you don't need to do that,'' I say. Billy is my cousin, tho we aren't close. The one I have mentioned who has a crush on my best friend Abby. I placed some books and kinds of stuff inside my backpack pack, and my dad decides to send me there.  Even it was humiliating because Dad was overprotective.  ''Just call me or your mom. OK?''  ''Okay, dad.'' I grinned.  I went out of the car, as we arrived at Abigail's house. I stood in front of the door, and press the bell lever. Waited for a few seconds. She opens the door. Dexter and James were there, playing video games. I sat on the couch. ''Did your dad got you here?'' Dexter said. ''Yeah.'' ''Your dad still overprotective. Even you're what seventeen?'' He mumbled.  ''We should finish our school project. So could finish it earlier.'' I say. ''Just get us more minutes. Just finish this game.'' He replies. But Abby suddenly shut the television off. ''Hey! What the!-'' Dexter was pissed. ''What?'' Abigail said sarcastically. ''That's why we're here because of that school project.''  Abby sat next to him. Later I am on my way home. I grabbed my phone in my backpack to scan if there any messages when there are three guys block my way. They are like gangsters, they smoke and have a piercing on their left eyebrow. I paced back.  ''Hey.'' One of those guys said atrociously. I attempted to ran away but I was being gripped. I could smell his cigarette.  ''Let go of me,'' I say. I saw the guy slumped on the other side of the road. The three of them ran away. I get hurt in my arm and heard the voice of a guy. His face was familiar.  ''You're okay?'' He worried. ''You are Jasper?'' I doubted. He take a pause, confused. ''Yeah. How did you know my name? Have we met before?'' He asked. I saw his set of good teeth.  ''No. I've just heard it from my friends. You're the newbie.'' He nodded as he looked at me. I lend him a handshake. ''I'm Lou.'' He replied with my handshake while we were looking at each other. Thursday afternoon, busy playing with my pen. It's was a few minutes before my class starts. My classmates move to their proper seats after our teacher walks in.  ''Silence everyone, this is Mr. Price, your new classmate for the whole year. A transferred student.'' He said.  Will he enter the middle of the school year? He looked in my way, but he did not smile and only answered blankly. He dug into some unoccupied seats. Does that mean we will be seatmates? We began to listen to our teacher. I kindly gave attention to the discussion, when I heard the bell rings that my class finished. I stood up and took my bag. The others were already left and I saw that Jasper and I were just the only students left in the room. I touched on him without uncertainties. ''We're classmates,'' I said. ''Yes, I don't know that you're here too.'' He replies thrifty. ''I just want to thank you for what happen last night.'' He had seen to acknowledge without throwing a reply. At lunch, James, Dexter, and Abby are in the cafeteria at the same table together. I saw Jasper was stooping alone in the right corner. I dropped out some books in my locker after an hour passed, and Jasper was there too. I try to steal glances from his position.  ''You're an anti-social,'' I say without throwing a glance. Because we're only two in the locker area.  ''What?'' He lifted an eyebrow and shutdowns his locker. ''You're just too elusive,'' I turned my direction toward him. ''I don't know.'' I shrugged. '' I'm just the only person who dares to talk to you.'' He sighed in relief and stepped an inch.  ''I was reticent. You know living a solitary life.'' He muttered. I discover that he's cute. That's why Abby can't help herself to keep scooting him. You can't resist his charm. After having short chats, he left me standing alone. / { ^ = ^ } Thanks for reading!
