Chapter 21 Actually, dessert comes from a scoop-it-yourself frozen yogurt bar in Carytown, where Gavin takes Brody after dinner. The evening is unseasonably warm as they stroll down the busy sidewalks, eating their yogurt and window shopping. There’s an eclectic array of stores in Carytown—Brody shows Gavin where the new skate shop will open, and they press their faces against the darkened glass storefront to peer inside at the currently blank walls. “You’ll have to bring me back when you paint them,” Gavin says.
