Chapter 24 The Friday before Father’s Day, Gavin leaves work with a trunk packed for the weekend. There’s an annual art show on the boardwalk in Virginia Beach that Brody will participate in, and Gavin plans to take Evie down to the shore to support him. Gavin isn’t all that into art, so he felt a little bad when Brody first told him about the show and he’d never heard of it before.
