For a moment I could not bring myself to speak as I watched as the Queen took slow steps towards her. Rachael was left speechless, her jaw dropped and she took a step backward.
She must have thought that the Queen was bluffing but she wasn't. We had all seen it, right under the full moon, the moon goddess had chosen her and not Athena who everyone thought was going to be the chosen one. For many years, everyone had thought that she was special and I was one of those people.
