“You want to see a doctor? Why?”
Aurora looked over at Maya before speaking. “I just want to know the physical things about being a shifter. And we thought speaking to a doctor would give me more of a medical idea of changes. Better than anyone else can explain.”
Maya perked up. “She’s right, you know. Being a shifter involves a lot of physical changes, and I’m sure Aurora has some private, female questions to ask about it that she might be too embarrassed to ask you.”
I nodded. “I guess I understand. So you two want to go alone?”
