AURORA’S POV
“Are you going to tell Maya?”
I smiled, waving at Maya, who was exiting a small restaurant, holding a funnel cake. “I’m going to keep it to myself for now,” I whisper out of the corner of my mouth.
“Got it,” Silas replied.
Sev and Maya joined us, their arms linked together as Maya pulled at pieces of her funnel cake. “Did you two enjoy your lunch date?”
I nodded. “It was good.”
Maya pulled her arm from Sev’s and then looped it with mine. “There’s this earthy place I want to show you. It’s incense, crystals, and that sort of stuff. Very witchy vibes.”
“Sounds amazing. Where is it?”
She tilted her head towards the right. “Just a couple of stores down. Come on.”
I let her start to pull me away from Silas and Sev, who were not following. “Aren’t you two coming?” I called
