Karl's POV
Gabriella and I decided to drive separately to the company. We got to the company quickly, without any traffic. Jamie pulled over at the underground park and cut the engine.
"Is everything going to go well with Madam?" He asked.
"She'll be fine. I'm sure she can handle it herself" I replied and we both got out of the car together.
We headed straight to the office and met one of the security men, holding a box. It looked more like a gift box.
"What are you doing in here?" I asked him. He hesitated and stared at the box before trying to hand it over to me.
"It's from your in-laws. They told me to give it to you" he said.
I swear, I don't believe him. I didn't collect the box from him, neither did Jamie. Jamie stood in front of me, trying to protect me.
