Karl's appearance in the advertising department came as a shock, not just to me but to everyone in the department. Even jasmine sprung up on her feet, seeing Karl. Dave stopped leaning his head on the table and was surprised.
"What are you doing here, sir?" I asked, wearing a fake smile on my face.
"Ah! I came to personally give some information but I overheard a discussion. I'm gay? What if I told you all that I'm married?" he said and I shot my eyes wide open. What is this jerk saying?

"Pffttt!" Dave burst into laughter. He walked away from his desk and walked closer to Karl. He wore a mocking smile on his face. I don't know the history between Dave and Karl, but I'm sure they aren't close.
