Karl's POV
Immediately I kissed Gabriella in front of the maids and Katelyn, she walked out without looking back. I couldn't tell if she liked it or if she was angry. The maids couldn't stop murmuring about what happened. I took the napkin on the table and wiped my hands with it.
I turned to the butler.
"Make sure the chefs prepare dinner before we arrive. I'll be eating with my wife"
"Yes, sir!" He replied.
Katelyn, who was by the door got closer to me. Her face was red. I can't tell if she's angry or embarrassed.
"You seem different this morning. Why did you kiss her in front of everyone?"
"She's my wife. It's normal between couples" I replied to her. My voice was loud enough for everyone to hear. Katelyn frowned and got even closer.
