Love, Allie/Mom Prologue Our story begins in the small market town of Harper, Forsaken Island. The market had many small shops ranging from fabrics to a blacksmith. (Some of the shops also were for medicines, herbs potions for spells or magic etc.) The town was surrounded by a beautiful forest called The Bewitching Forest with wildflowers and green grass covered hills called Magnificent Valley by a blueish- green lake to the south of town called Cyan Lake. We start with the following people. Count Michelangelo Rooves, he was born July 26, 825. He was full blooded vampire and was born one. His parents were killed when he was too little to remember them, he was raised by his uncle Count Jayson Rnoves an incredibly old vampire. Who was the gentlest man in the town? They came to town around 1296 and move into a castle just outside of town. He was a very handsome looking vampire. Midge Rnoves, she was born May 10, 1269. She is full-blood human. Was about 4’11” 150 pounds with reddish blonde hair and blue eyes. Her parents were store owner in the town of Harper. She was an unbelievably beautiful woman. They met that same year of 1296 and they fell in love. They married that same year. Alexandrite Rnoves-Reeds was born on April 13, 1297. She was raised by her mother Midge Rnoves and her father Count Michelangelo Rnoves. Alexandrite was born part human and part vampire. She was raised as if she was human. Mason Reeds was born May 13, 1290. His birth parents died when he was a baby. He was raised by the king and queen of Harper. Mason was born full-blooded demon. The king and queen of Harper were human, and they raised Mason as human. Alexandrite and Mason met when they were 13 and 20 in 1310; got married when they were 15 and 22 in 1312 and they moved into a castle northeast of town. Part One Zoey-Anne Chapter 1 In the town of Harper, on the island of Forsaken Island. On March 13, 1313, they gave birth to a healthy baby girl and named her Zoe-Anne Rnoves-Reeds. Alex and Mason decided that Zoey (for short) would be raised human by Alexandrite’s mother who was full-blooded human. Midge was a merchant in town. Zoey would be raised not only human but to run her grandmother shop someday. When Zoey was four years old, she met a little girl by the named of Cassandra Collins. The two became inseparable all through childhood into adulthood. As the years went, Zoey grew into a beautiful young woman with deep red hair and stunning blue eyes. By the time, Zoey was fourteen she was self-educated and could do anything. The whole time growing up Zoey never knew her parents, who they were or did for a living or if she had any brothers or sisters. She met a young human boy by the named of Gabriel Flags. As they got to know each other they fell in love. Then one night by the lake Zoey and Gabe made love made for the first time. Zoey got pregnant, then a few weeks later, Gabe and his family moved five towns away. As Zoey went home, she tripped over and a rock and fell down the hill got hurt and lost the baby. A young man was passing by as she fell down the hill and picked her up and carried her into town where he met with her grandmother and had the young man bring her into the back of the shop; then disappeared into the night. Over the next year, she put her accident behind and moved on with her life, but always wondering in the back of her who the young man was who carried her home that night. She kept herself busy by working grandmother’s shop. The year is now 1329, shortly after Zoey sixteenth birthday. She asked grandmother what was going on. Why do I feel so weird? Her grandmother told her about her mother (Alexandrite), and grandfather count Michelangelo Wolfgang Rnoves; told Zoey that her grandfather lived in a castle north-west of town and that he was full-blooded vampire if she wanted to know more about him to go see him. Then went on to talk about her mother; told Zoey that mother was born April 13, 1297, she was born part human and part vampire; telling her that mother had the following abilities: super speed, hypnotic stare, super strength, and shapeshifting. Also, told her that mother loved her very much. Then asked if she ever wondered about when she was little and white wolf followed you around at night; it was your mother. If you want to know any-more questions about mother, you can find her in the marketplace she owns a fruit stand. Now if you want to know about your father, you can read his letter he wrote the day you were born and here is a battle axe. The letter reads: March 13, 1313 My Dearest Daughter. If you are reading this, you are about sixteen-year-old. You have probably discovered that you have powers you never knew you had. I hope you are not thinking that these abilities you have make you abnormal or less of a person, because that is far from the fact. The true is of the matter is the abilities you have are normal. I know this maybe may be confusing now but you are 50% demon, 25% vampire and 25% human. The only explanation I can give now is that I was born on May 13, 1290. I was born full-blooded demon. My parents died when I was just an infant. I was raised human by the king and queen of Harper. I wish could give a better explanation, but unfortunately this is the best I can for the time being. As your battle axe that I am sure you have noticed by now and if you were wondering about it. It is a family heirloom passed down to the first born through the last four generations of our family. Now I am giving to you my sweet daughter. I wish could tell you more, but unfortunately, I need to go. If you have any questions, and when you are ready you are more than welcome to come to the castle in the northeast of town. All you w ill needs to do is at the gate asked the guard for Prince Mason Reeds after conformation of who you are, he will bring you to see me. Love always, You are father, Prince Mason Reeds Zoey’s first thought of her mother was that she was an unbelievably beautiful woman; with long deep red hair and stunning blue eyes, like her own. Alexandrite told Zoey that she can have all her mother’s abilities with practice. Alexandrite took Zoey to see her father and Zoey decided to move into the castle. While Zoey lived at the castle, she learned to harness to all her abilities. Both from her mother and father. Learned all her mother’s abilities: super speed, super strength, hypnotic stare, and shapeshifting. She even learned to throw hell fire. Zoey’s father somewhat taught her to control her demonic powers. Zoey decided to take break from training. She went down to see her grandmother. She asked her grandmother about her grandfather. Midge told Zoey that she could find him at the castle north-west of town. By the time, she got the castle it was nearly dark. Her grandfather was surprised to see Zoey asked him where he was when she was younger. He told her that he was watching over her from the shadows. That made Zoey really knowing her grandfather was always there for her. Zoey went back home to her dad’s castle. She was tired, so she went to bed. The next day she went back to her training with battle axe. While in the courtyard she noticed one of her father’s guard by the named of Danny Ravenswood but will not met him for another few months. She continued to focus on learning her powers. Later that day Zoey went to see Cassandra for advice on Danny. Cassie told her to follow her heart. Zoey was scared that Danny would not like her in the same way that she like him. So, she waited until he came to her. Zoey thought it was time for her to find a job. She found a job as an Assassin for Hire. Her boss’s name was Raiden Chase. When she got home, Zoey told her parents about her new job. Zoey was happy about her job because she got use her powers as well as her axe. Zoey was wondering about Raiden’s origin was. So, she asked him; Raiden told her that he was just like her and that his mother was full- blooded demon and his father was full- blooded vampire, but they raised him as if he was human. Zoey thought it was cool to know someone just like her. Zoey’s first job as an assassin was to kill a town’s woman cheating and his mistress (who was the woman’s own sister). The more Zoey did her job the more her powers grew and the better she got with her axe. Zoey could feel demon and vampire sides trying to take over. As the months went by, Zoey powers grew stronger. They grew more powerful by the day. Zoey struggled to keep her humanity. She is slowly beginning to lose her humanity to her dark powers. It started to scare her. Zoey asked Raiden for some time off, so she could try to get her powers under control. Zoey decided to ask her parents for help. Her father was busy and told Zoey to ask his head guard Danny Ravenswood to help her. The reason he gave her why Danny could help her was her is part demon and part human the only difference was he was raised demon instead of human. Zoey was a little afraid to asked Danny to help her considering she is in love with him. So, she took a deep breath and went over to Danny and asked if he would help her with controlling her demonic powers. Danny told Zoey that he has no problem helping her with her powers. At first, she had a tough time focusing on controlling her demonic powers, because of her feelings for Danny. Danny asked her how to come she was having a tough time focusing and she blushed. Zoey told Danny the reason she could not focus was because that she is in love with him. He smiled; Danny told Zoey that he felt the same way about her, since the first day she came to the castle. After hearing that Danny loved her the same way she loved him. She could focus on her training. Danny went to Zoey’s grandmother Midge later that day to ask her what type of flowers Zoey liked growing up. Midge told him as a child Zoey loved the way black roses always looked and smell. The next day Zoey woke to find a dozen black roses at foot of her bed with a note that read: “good morning, my beautiful evil angel I love you. Met me in the courtyard at noon…” love, your dark prince Danny. When Zoey woke up, she read the note and smiled. She put her flowers in water and decided to go see Cassie before she went to see Danny. After she got Cassie’s, she told her that Danny is in love with her too and about note and black roses. Cass told Zoey she was happy for her. Zoey was afraid because she never felt this way about anyone before; she did not know what to do. When Zoey got back to the castle Danny was waiting in the courtyard, with his hands behind his back. Zoey was curious. He gave her a kiss than gave a necklace with an ankh on it with his name and her name engraved on it. Zoey did not know what to say. She gave him a big hug and kiss. Then Danny told her to “never take the necklace off her neck,” she nodded her and said she promises that she would not take it off no matter what. Later that day during her training Danny cut his finger and started to bleed a little. Danny was not worried about it, because it stopped right away. He told Zoey to focus her fireballs at the nearest tree, at first, she could not do it; but she refused to give up until she could. Zoey was so tired she passed out on her and did not wake until the next morning. When she woke her to find a single black rose on her pillow. She knew whom the rose was from. So, Zoey and Cassie went and got them. Zoey and Cassie’s job were to take out a*****e owner and his family for not paying their taxes. They killed the store owner and his wife, but they both did not have the heart to kill 5-year-old twins a little boy and a little girl and a little wolf pup named Maxx. Cass decided to take the twins’ home to raise them as her own. She named them Michael and Ambrosia. Zoey decided to take the wolf pup. At the end of the day Cass hired two nurse maids to take care of Michael and Ambrosia while she was at work. Zoey went home and took her new wolf pup Maxx home. When Zoey got home, Danny was waiting in the courtyard with a little German shepherd puppy named Buddy. Maxx and buddy became instant friends. Zoey kissed Danny on the cheek. Then took her new puppies inside, took a shower and went to bed. Zoey woke the next morning to multiple puppy kisses. She fed them, took a shower, and got dressed then went to work. Cass was waiting for her at the main gate. Raiden was not in his office. They asked his assistant where he was, she told them they had the next two weeks off gave them their pay and the assistant want home herself, but for going she told them the reason they all had off for two weeks was Raiden’s mother was sick and he left town to go take care of her. Cassie went home to spend time with her twins and Zoey went home. Zoey decided to spend her time off with Danny, Maxx, and Buddy. Cass brought the twins over to see their godmother Zoey, but to find out that they weren’t home, Zoey left a note for Cassie that read: “Cassie, Danny, Maxx, Buddy and I are down at the lake having a picnic for our six-month anniversary. Love, Zoey.” It was also the night they first made love. At that moment, Zoey knew Danny was the one she wanted to spend the rest of her life with. Zoey did not know what to about her new feelings for Danny. She decided to go see her grandmother to get advice on what she should do. “Nana can I ask your advice on something” asked Zoey. “Go, ahead my dear” midge her grandmother said. “I love Danny with all of heart and soul is that kind of love even possible.” Zoey asked.” yes” that kind of love is possible your grandfather and I are proof of that. Midge told Zoey’s. “When did you realized your true feelings for granddad, asked Zoey’s. “I was your age when I did.” Midge told Zoey’s. Zoey thanked her grandmother for the talk kissed her on the cheek than left to go find Danny. Zoey found Danny in the courtyard talking to her father. It looked like Zoey’s father was yelling at Danny. Zoey hide so she will be not seen by her father or Danny. She overheard her father tell Danny he had to choose between his job as head guard or Zoey. Danny told Mason that he could not choose between the two causes he loved his job as head guard and Zoey more than anything in the world. When Zoey heard that she cried. She knew at that moment how much Danny genuinely loved her. Zoey left to go for a walk to the lake and sat by the water. As she sat there, she thought about someone she had not thought about in over a year. Her first boyfriend Gabriel who moved away. Also, thought about baby she lost shortly after he moved away. She sat there and cried for a while. Then went home. Danny decided to leave for a while without telling Zoey. When she found out she was crushed. On her way to bed she found a black rose, gift and a note that reads: “evil angel, Will you marry me? Tell me you are answer when I return. Love your dark prince Danny” she opens the gift, and it was a ring shaped like dragon holding a black rose. Zoey put on the ring and never took it off. Chapter 2 Zoey had a flashback to when she was 14 and 15 years old. When she met Gabriel Flags. Gabriel was the same age as Zoey only difference is Gabriel was full blooded human. They started out as best of friends. Then one night on their usual moonlight walks together, they decided to make love together for the first for both. After a few weeks, Zoey found she was pregnant with Gabe’s baby. Zoey went to tell Gabe. She found him in the backyard playing with his dog Roxas, who was a wolf puppy. Zoey told Gabe she pregnant. He was shocked and told Zoey he was moving away and was not ready to be a father. Zoey was devastated she ran off crying. Not watching where she was going her tripping over some small rocks and fell on them hurting her stomach and broke her right arm and leg. Someone passing by picked her up and carried her to back to town where her grandmother saw her being carried and told the person to bring her to the back of her shop, he then kissed Zoey on the forehead and left. A month later she lost the baby due to her injuries from the fall. Zoey healed rather quickly from her injuries. After her flashback, she went for swim in the lake. Cassie came to the lake to see Zoey and tell her Raiden’s back and us in his office immediately that he had a job for them to do. They went to Raiden’s office. He told them their job. They were to assassinate a man by the name of Gabriel for murdering his newlywed wife. When Zoey saw, it was her Gabriel, she told Cassie she could not do it because it was her ex-boyfriend who broke her heart. Cassie said she would take of it. Zoey closed her eyes and tears rolled down her cheeks. She thought if she and Gabriel had stay together, she would have been the one he killed. She was glad she was alive and glad she met and in love with Danny. They got back to Raiden’s office. Raiden gave them their pay and then went back to his mother’s place. Zoey felt a huge weight lifted off her shoulders after Gabriel was dead. She decided to say yes Danny when he got back in town. Zoey went home and played with her puppies Buddy and Maxx for a while then took a shower had something to eat then went to bed. Zoey woke up the next day around noon got up and dressed. She went to the courtyard to find her puppies eating a deer. Zoey got her eyes covered and knew it was Danny. Zoey turned around hugged and kissed Danny then whispered yes into Danny ear, Danny smiled. Danny told Zoey they needed to talk for a minute. They sat on the bench by the castle, Danny said “do you remembered after your accident the guy that carried you back to your grandmother’s shop well it was me who carried you back the shop nearly three years ago.” Zoey smiled about that he was the one carried her home that night. The year now is 1331. Zoey eighteenth birthday was a week away. Danny and Zoey decided to get married on Oct. 31, 1331. Zoey went to Cassie’s and told her that she be getting married on Oct. 31, Cassie said she happy for her. When Zoey’s father found out he was furious that Zoey was marrying Danny, but he put his feelings side and gave Zoey and Danny his blessing. Zoey was extremely happy she had worked all his blessing to marry Danny. Danny went and asked Mason if he still had his job as head guard. Mason told him yes, he must have his job if he was to marry his daughter. He also told Danny if he hurts Zoey, it anyway that he would kill him. Danny said she would never hurt her that he loved her too much to hurt her.   Zoey decided to go see me if she had any jobs to do. When she got there Raiden was in his office. To Zoey surprise her father was there talking too her boss. She overheard her father say that he did not want Zoey working as an assassin for hire anymore and wanted Zoey to live a normal life Zoey left crying.   As Zoey ran out, she ran into a full-blooded Lycan by the name of Alexander Pendragon. He was going to see Raiden about job. When Zoey looked up, she saw Alexander’s piercing brown eyes that seem to look right through her into her soul. She stopped crying and blushed and said sorry to Alexander. She knew had the same feeling she had when she first saw Danny.   Before she did something, she would regret later she ran off and ran into Danny. When Zoey saw Danny, she told him what had happened. Danny told her she could have time to sort out things the wedding will be put on hold. Until she decided she wanted Danny or Alexander. So, Zoey went to her grandfather’s castle for a while. Zoey try to find Alex, but you already left town. Zoey then decided to go ahead and marry Danny. Danny was happy that Zoey picked him. Midge grabbed some food and went to the castle with Michelangelo. Midge made Zoey’s favorite dinner medium rare steak, baby carrots and some baked potatoes. Zoey smelled her grandmother’s home cooking and woke up went downstairs. As she got to the bottom of the stairs, she could see her plate on the table. She hugged her grandmother and told her she missed her home cooking and thank you. Zoey sat down at the table when she saw her grandfather sitting at the head of the table with two glasses of bright red blood. He gave Zoey one of them and drank the other himself. Zoey ate everything on her plate and licked the plate clean, then drank her glass of blood.   She got up from the table kissed both her grandmother and grandfather; went to the front hall grab her battle axe and went outside to do some training. So, she would be better at her job if she still had one when she got home. Zoey could not help thinking about Danny and her puppies as she wielded her axe around.    Zoey went to see a Raiden and see if she still has a job.to see if she still had a job. When she got to his office, he was packing up his things. Zoey asked him what going on he had told her he was being replaced by Alexander Pendragon. Then she found this out her freaked out and decided to take time off Zoey wrote Alex a note it said this:   Alex,   I am taking time off for personal reasons. When I get back, I hope I still have a job.   Zoey Rnoves-Reeds   Zoey left the note on Alex’s desk and left. She went home to the castle; she saw Danny and asked him if he would go away with her for a while, he said he could not leave because of his job Zoey said fine stay she grab her battle axe and some of her stuff and kissed her dog’s bye than left town.   Zoey found herself walking towards her grandfather’s castle. She is walking into the castle put her battle axe by the door. Found an empty room put her stuff on the floor and laid down the bed and fell asleep.   Her grandfather saw Zoey’s battle axe in the main hall next to his staff and something was wrong so going to is what was wrong when found her asleep he let her sleep. Then he went to see Midge and tell her that Zoey was at his castle. Hearing that she was worried about Zoey. Zoey’s grandfather grabbed his staff and went out to where she was and told to give him her best shot and not to go easy on him. So, she swung her axe hard enough to throw her grandfather back a few feet, Zoey tried not to use her too much of demonic power on her grandfather. She was shocked when he dodged her fireball. Zoey wanted to have her grandfather’s speed. She took a break.   Zoey asked her grandfather if he ever was in love with two women at same time. He told her he only ever loved one girl and that was her grandmother. Zoey decided to go for a walk down to the lake where she always went when she needed to think. As she got there, she saw Danny with Maxx and Buddy. Danny was talking to Alex, Zoey stayed out of sight, so she could hear what they were saying but could not see her. She heard Danny tell Alex he will have go away for a while because his mother was sick and needed to go take care of her. He did not want to leave Zoey alone.   Alex offered to take care of Zoey for Danny while he was gone. Danny told Alex that he wanted him to make Zoey happy in every way he could. Alex confessed that he is in love with Zoey and wanted to marry her too.    Danny said it would make him happy knowing that Zoey was happy because he did not know how long he would be gone. Alex said he had no problem taking care of Zoey and that she will be in good hands. When Zoey heard that she had tears run down her cheeks, but she was smiling.   Zoey walked back to her grandfather’s castle went to her room to laid down and started to go to sleep when there was a knock on the door, she got up to see who it was at the door it was her best friend, Cassie. Cassie was worried about Zoey.  Zoey told Cassie she was fine she just needed time away from everything. Cassie said good than she left. Zoey went to sleep and did not wake up until later that night.   After Zoey woke up, she asked her grandfather if he teach her how to have his super speed that he had. He said sure that he would be happy to. Michelangelo asked Zoey did she drink blood on a regular basic and Zoey said no. He told her to start drinking more blood to make her vampire side stronger; he also asked her to go out on a hunt with him tonight, so she can get the taste for fresh blood than see how she feels.    So, Zoey went with her grandfather. She sneaked up on someone and sung her virgin fangs into the person neck not realizing it was her boss, Alex. By the time, she realized it was Alex he was mad. Alex overpowered Zoey and bit her back and then took off. Zoey did not know what happened. She felt sick, so she went back to her grandfather’s castle and went to her room. Over the next few days Zoey did not what was happening to her. At the time, she did not know Alex was full-blooded Lycan. She did not know that now she was vampire, human, demon and now Lycan. That night Zoey lost a little more of her humanity due to Alex’s bite and the Lycan blood that now flow through her. After a few days of rest Zoey felt her normal self. She got out of bed it was dark out, so she decided to go get something to eat.. Before leaving the castle, she heard someone screaming. She went to check it out. It was her grandfather with his victim.
