Intruders

I was coming out of the shower as the door to my room opened, I turned to see Sebastian walk inside with a cart of food. I had a towel wrapped around me while I dried my hair with another. He blushed as he looked at me then said, "Sorry, I didn't mean to intrude." I smiled then said as I began to blush, "It's not like you haven't seen me naked before." His face turned red and I felt mine also turning seeing his reaction. He walked up to me then said, "You are going to kill me." He kissed me softly then said, "I love you and I think I should speak to your Aunt and Grandfather properly." I hugged him then said, "I that's what you want you can but nothing will be formal until I take over the throne." He tightened his hold then said, "I will wait but I don't want to lie to them or my family." I smiled then said as I moved away from him and into my closet, "I don't mind them knowing." He followed me then said, "When do you think we should speak to them?" I turned to him as I grabbed some clothes then said, "Tomorrow at breakfast." He smiled then said, "I can wait a few hours." We laughed then I said, "Are you going to watch me dress?" He blushed then said, "I will go set the table." I gave him a big smile before he left the closet.

We ate dinner in the room with the balcony door open. We spoke of many things trying to let each other know everything we could about ourselves. Once we finished we moved to the balcony as we looked at the night sky with its many stars. A gentle cool breeze blew and it made me shiver making Sebastian wrap his arms around me. I smiled then said, "You will spoil me if you keep doing this." He smiled then said, "I'm the spoiled one." I kissed him then noticed a car coming towards the gate of the castle. My attention turned to it then I said, "That should be them arriving now."  He placed his chin on my shoulder as he whispered into my ear, "Let's go greet them." I turned to him then said, "Yes, we should go." We turned to return inside when we heard a loud explosion. We quickly turned to see the front gate destroyed. We jumped from the balcony and made our way to the car that had stopped a new yards from the gate. Sebastian said, "We need to make sure they are unharmed." I looked around then made a barrier before another bomb went off near the car. I pushed Sebastian away from some debris then said, "Be careful, I think these are the same people that killed my parents." He gave me a shocked look then he saw my hair and eyes change. 

We entered the invisible barrier and I opened the car door to find Evanna and Darius in the back seat unconscious. I looked at the front seat where the driver was sitting dead from being pierced by a metal pipe from the gate. I looked outside the windows and said, "We have to get them to the castle, Sebastian." I saw vampires trying to get in the barrier and my guards were also  attacking them. I grabbed Evanna and he grabbed Darius then we began to run towards the castle. As we crossed my barrier Claude and Usagi came to my side then Claude said, "Go back inside with them, we will take care of the rest." I gave them a look then said, "You are free to use all your powers to protect us. I will be fighting too." They gave me a worried look then Sebastian said, "I will fight as well." I looked at him then said, "Be careful. They tend to use bombs at strategic times and if you see a man with a mask try to stay away unless I am there. He is powerful to an extent." They all nodded their heads and we parted our ways. 

We entered the castle and as we did Hanna and some other maids came to us. I ran to the living room then said, "Hanna, take care of them. I want all servants to be here in 10 minutes, I will make a barrier for you all to be safe until I return." She nodded her head and said to one maid, "Go get the rest of the staff and get the weapons as well. All must be here in less than 10 minutes." She ran with two other girls following her. In a few minutes all of the servants were in the living room with weapons. I quickly made a barrier and said, "The kitchen and this room are protected. For the safety of all of you no one will be allowed to leave these two rooms or entered unless I let them." They nodded their heads and we left them there. 

Sebastian and I ran to the front yard where the battle was still going on. I looked around trying to find the masked man but I couldn't see him. I began to attack the intruders and keep the casualties of my guards to a minimal. As the last of them were retrieting I noticed someone looking at me with a killer aura. I turned to see the masked man standing on top of a tree outside the perimeter looking towards me. My anger and rage began to surface but I took a deep breath and tried to calm myself. I looked at around and saw only my guards then I looked back to see him now gone. I took a deep breath fighting my urges to run after him. 

Once I made sure that all the enemy was gone I made a barrier around the castle. As I finished I walked towards the castle but as I entered I fainted. Sebastian managed to grab me before I hit the floor. I woke up in my room with Sebastian, Evanna, Claude, Usagi and Darius all standing around my room. My hand was being held by Sebastian. I gave him a gentle squeeze and he quickly said with a worried voice, "How are you?" I smiled then said, "Just a bit hungry. I think making that bigger barrier around the castle made me weak." He gave me a sad smile then said, "Dad, could you bring her some blood?" Claude nodded then left. Usagi walked to us then said, "We are taking care of the casualties which I may add are less than we expected based on what you told us." I let out a long sigh then said, "I'm glad it was less than I expect it." He nodded then I added, "Please take care of the families and fix the gate before I become too weak to keep it up." Claude entered with the cup of blood and Sebastian took it then placed some drops of his blood in it. He gave it to me and I drank it with ease. Everyone looked at me then Evanna asked, "I see that you are drinking his blood. What does that mean?" I looked at Sebastian then he said, "We wanted to wait until tomorrow to speak to you about it but seeing what occurred I guess we can speak about it now." I smiled then said, "We want to start dating." Darius smiled then said, "I don't abject but it must stay under wraps until you become Queen." I smiled then said, "We are aware." Darius also added with a smirk, "That also includes children until after the wedding." We blushed and Evanna said as she began to blush, "Now Darius, the wedding can be arranged now." I said as Darius gave me a smile, "We should wait after the coronation." Sebastian smiled then said, "It would become dangerous if anyone found out that she is married and wanted to hurt her through me." I smiled at him seeing his understanding then I said, "We should rest now and tomorrow we can continue talking about everything." They smiled then left the room. Sebastian took his place next to me and we slept the few hours we had left.
