Daniel decided to try a different shade of power this time, settling on the greenish tinged power that Jon and Mary made use of when healing. He sent out a probe of green tinged energy and pushed it into and through one conduit. Nothing happened. He repeated the process with several other conduits, again with no response.
Then he tried another, and this time he got a reaction. The energy seemed to slip away, flowing into the conduit, though there was no other reaction. Daniel increased the energy he pushed, again it flowed into the channel but nothing else happened. He increased it once more – now it was a flow rather than a trickle though still far less than he could have pushed through. This time, as the energy flowed in, the conduit lit up to his senses.
