Derry’s POV
We find Dr Shelby in her office. Her eyes light up when she sees Hawk.
“You look much better,” she smiles. Then her eyes move to me and she smirks. I'm assuming I look exactly how I feel, well f****d. She opens a drawer in her desk and takes out a paper bag before handing it to me.
“You will need to take these daily and be sure you are eating and drinking plenty,” she motions to the bag. I open it and peek inside to see four different bottles of pills.
“What is this?” I ask.
“All the extra vitamins you'll need to sustain your mate, I assume you'll be his only blood source?” she raises an eyebrow. I look to Hawk for the answer because ultimately that's his decision, but then something dawns on me and jealousy fuels me. Every time he has fed on me it has brought me pleasure,
