Chapter 1: The first smile I couldn't forget.
Han Yevin
I had always dreamed of becoming an actress, for as long as I could remember, acting was the only thing that made my heart race. I loved the thought of standing beneath bright light, becoming different people, telling stories that could move heart.
But everything changed the moment I met the Kim brothers.
The sun was already beginning to set over Busan, painting the street in soft orange light as I walked home from school, my uniform fluttering gently in the evening breeze.
That was when I saw him
A tall man stood beside a sleek black car parked at the rood side
for a moment, my steps slowed, I had never seen anyone so handsome before
His sharp jawline looked almost unreal, his dark hair falling perfectly across his forehead in soft waves that framed his calm eyes. The fitted black shirt he wore clung neatly to his broad chest and shoulders, making him look even more intimidating and elegant at the same time. Even the way he stood ... one hand in his pocket, the other hand holding his phone... made him look like someone who belonged on the cover of magazine
........
for a secound, I forgot how to breathe. How ...can someone look this perfect? I wondered silently.
He lifted his eyes to mine, and something about his quiet gaze made my heart skip. This was my first time meeting Kim min..jea
He had just arrived in Busan for an important business trip, but instead of heading straight to his hotel, he had been trying to buy medicine for his younger brother.
The problem was ... he didn't know the city well, gathering my courage, I stepped closer
" sir," I said softly trying to hide my nervousness, " if you need help finding somewhere, I can show you, for a moment he simply stared at me, then gave me a small nood.
" I need a pharmacy."
His deep voice sent an unexpected shiver through me. " I know one nearby," I replied quickly.
Without thinking too much I got into the car to help direct him through the streets. The ride was strangely quiet, filled only with the soft hum of the engine and sound of my heartbeat pounding in my chest.
After buying the medicine, he glanced at the darkening sky and then at me, " it's late, I'll take you home." I should have refused, but somehow I found myself nodding, but instead of dropping me off immediately, fate led me one step further into his world.
When we arrived at his house, I stepped inside for only a moment..and that was when I saw him, a young man lay weakly on the bed, his face pale from fever, this is Kim so..jung. the younger brother, the one who would one day turn my life upside down.
That night, we gave him the medicine, and he finally fell asleep.
........
The next morning, I woke up early and prepared breakfast before getting ready for school.
But just as I thought, Kim so..jung refused to eat, " I'm not hungry," he muttered, turning away, I crossed my arms and frowned. " The doctor said you can't take your medicine on an empty stomach," he said noth, so I place a small cup in front of him.
if you really don't feel like eating, the doctor said you can drink this first before taking your medicine, it will protect your stomach so there won't be any side effects.
He narrowed his eyes suspiciously at the bitter smelling drink.
