C021 Pulling A Prank Again

---Meanwhile, in the next morning---

I awoke fresh and the floor and the air still smelled of rose Essense. I went to the kitchen and flared up the rocket stove and went to the shower first. After I had my shower I checked the steamed bananas and they had been completely steamed means the lower part where the yam was, had been thoroughly steamed.

I prepared a large kettle to boil some water and made green tea afterwards. Hiko-sama was a slow riser so he should be up in about 5 to 10 minutes once he heard the tinkering from the kitchen. I changed to a kimono which I hadn't worn for some time and dangled my pocket watch on my neck. I wound it until I could feel the spring's tension and checked the time.

It was slightly after 520 am and the rooster had just started to crow. "You're up early, kid. I guess you had showered and made breakfast. Now you looked more like a Young Master rather than a messenger. Hahaha. I like your medallion too kid, it looks kinda similar like mine." Hiko-sama cracked his joke early morning just like the rooster that crowed to wake the resident for the welcome of a break of dawn.

"Hahahaha. I almost forgot to change into the kimono. Had been stuck using a gi for the past few days. Well, go ahead and shower Sensei. Today would be the near completion of the house and tomorrow would be final touch up and furnishings."

"Today, we are going to fill up the soap into their moulding sets so we would be away in the Realm of Mind for 2 parts of the day. Hope we would be able to complete a few scents today and let it cure for another week. By the way, the girls could move in tomorrow evening, and we can start our operations of preparing all the packing by individual scents."

"That's right, actually the girls can move in tonight if they want to and start processing the packing by them for tomorrow. I take the sketchbook out and strike off what we had completed."

"Alright, Sensei, we start when the workers arrive. In case someone drops, we just inform the foreman we are out in errands and just to leave a note."

I went to the main door and opened it up and the cool air drifted in and made me shiver abit. Max had just appeared once and hadn't made his appearance again. Well, I had spent over 4 months in the 3rd series so I would expect it to be longer since I have written 41 long chapters in this 5th series.

The more series, the more chapters that are churned out, and the contents jumped from 1k+ to more than an average of 3k+ now.

I checked the to-do-list and found the I have to make a headstart since Hiko-sama would be heading to the business district and then to the trading district for the rat of the tasks that need to be completed.

Hiko-sama had done showering and I served steamed bananas and green tea for breakfast and brought the sketchpad with me.

I added the entries and l hope it would not be a trouble for Hiko-sama as he looked at it with a permanent frown on him. Only with a slight nod of his head would indicate his acknowledgement.

We synchronised our time and he said he would be back in 2 hours at most. The time was 5:55 am and he would move out as soon as he had done with breakfast. He told me I should be back by 8 am and dive back to the Realm of Mind with him till 930 am.

This would give enough time for us to complete the making a few batches of the Karada Soap. We agreed and he made his journey towards the business district after I handed him 450 gold coins and my ID to close my savings and open a corporate account.

As soon as the workers and the foreman arrive, we exchanged greetings and told them I need to rest since I'm not feeling well and closed the main door. The work continued outside while I entered the Realm of Mind. I checked the time and it was just 602 am.

I soon get to work and visualise 360 soap moulding sets that can cure 20 bars of soap per set and get to work. I came back to the real world just slightly after 8 am and had completed 3 batches and were all stacked and labelled accordingly.

Hiko-sama greeted me when I stepped out of my room and he waved a red colour corporate account book in front of me and showed the amount.

The Hangers that he had presented at the Patents and Trademarks had been approved and is now under the sole distributorship of Fasuto Japan KabushikiGaisha and the same follows as the rest.

He had also purchased 6 ledger book for the first 5 Karada soap and the [Refined Iron] plates. He informed Mesen that we would be having a lunch meeting in 4 days from now together with the former's nephew.

The banner would be ready in 2 days time and will be delivered and a whole dozen of paper glue in clay bottles ready with a flat brush had been bought at the stationery shop and Hiko-sama presented the receipt.

He had gotten the statistics based on a general headcount and number of household and he gave me a slip of paper by the Statistics Office. I checked and wrote in my sketchpad that there were an estimated 2,218 residents living in 440 households in 147 houses with an error margin of 5%.

The basket of lemon and the 5 kilogram of baking powder is on the way and Hiko-sama produced the receipts. I gathered up all the receipts and returned him the cash that he had used from his own coin pouch.

The time is 8:19 am and its time to dive into the Realm of Mind and we worked to complete 3 batches together in that particular 1 hour. There are 18 more batches to go and at 1 hour we could process 3 batches which means we could complete more than half of the scents.

I informed Hiko-sama that we would dive again for another 2 hours of real-time after serving the tea break and we soon entered the Realm of Mind soon after. We worked with vigour as we made moulds of each scent and stacked accordingly and at 11:49 am, we had successfully completed the whole 24 New Scents and Hiko-sama wrapped all the 24 scraps of soap and turned them into a patty before labelling and wrapping them.

I helped Hiko-sama to carry half of his treasured lumpy bars of Scented Soap and brought it back to the real world. The moment we arrive back at our room, Hiko-sama simply lay down on the tatami mat and surround himself with the Scented Soap and he was so damn excited about his treasures.

At last! 29 kinds of scent are waiting to be wrapped in 3 days and 7 days respectively. He made soaps as squarely as possible and he told me he is going to bring these to the cosmetics shop and seduce them to buy all the scents.

Since there owner wanted to buy 100 pieces of each scent initially, and if combined with the current collections, it would exact to 2,900 pieces at the same amount of good coins! Even if discounted to a low of 2,500, they would earn a HUGE profit from it.

"Let's go to the garden and have lunch and see how the progress looks like," as both of us opened up the sliding door and stepped out into the sunshine and sat at the garden. Lunch had arrived and the workers had taken theirs on pairs and we saw some horse-drawn wagons with new building materials on it.

"Ah, Senior and Young Master, I sincerely hope that you are feeling well right now. I'm sorry but could I join you here for lunch too and discuss the current situation? Kayu-san and we exchanged bows and we pointed him to take a seat and have lunch with us.

All three of us tucked in and both of us listened to the progress. "Senior and Young Masters, we had already checked the curing of the kitchen and bathroom and everything worked well. The floorings had been waxed some days back by my workers in the factory and had been fully installed."

"Our boys had delivered the fittings for the warehouse according to the specifications that you need and will work on it in the second part of the day after lunch. The 10 workers are doing some final touch-ups and have finished installing the partitions and had set aside those folding ones for you to place them as required."

"Our 3 warehouse boys would be delivering the furnishings and will be setting it up with 2 of the workers while the remaining 8 would lay the foundation of the warehouse. The skeletal structure may or may not be completed by today but since it is of a simpler design, I am sure the foundation, pillars and a complete roof would be installed by end of the day."

"Officially, the house would be an immediate move and live in condition by this evening, I assure you, Senior and Young Master."

"Young Master, this savoury green curry taste great, don't you think so?" Hiko-sama looked at me with a raised eyebrow.

"Yes, Senior Master. This goes well with the crispy stir-fried green vegetables and the steamy rice too. You really made a great choice for our lunch today... Mmmmm," I replied as I smacked my lips and half-closed my eyes too.

Kayu-san was silent and dumbfounded as looked at us and wondering if we had listened to him all this while. He scratched his head and he looks at Hiko-sama then at me and back at Hiko-sama in a very confused state.

Then we both started laughing which shocked Kayu-san and he just seemed out of position. Hiko-sama told him we were just trading him and heard every word he says while I congratulate him on a job very well done.

Hiko-sama slapped Kayu-san shoulders and told him to continue his lunch.
