C020 Detergent For The Hair? Unless You Have Lice, Dear... Hahaha

I fetched the tray with its contents and brought it in and washed it. I then went to the bedroom and went to the Realm of Mind. Reaching there I had found the timers all worked perfectly and saw that the resin Essense had completely dissolved and the smell was considered Heavenly like visiting a monastery. I opened up all the glass top covers of the distillers and removed all the cloth and it's contents back into a basket for disposal. Since the glass bowls had been clearly marked off its contents, there is no worry of a mixed up. I then rubbed my hands and made the psi healing spheres while dropping into every single distiller. I let all the contents to sit for a few hours more before Hiko-sama assist me in pouring the contents into their designated jars while I made a 400 cc measurement for the marked mixers where I would mix the contents in. In a few days time after clearing all these Scented soaps, the production for the Kurin powder Detergent would be underway and that means Hiko-sama would be helping to mix the 3 ingredients to make the soap base, while I prepare the baking powder and the lemon Essense. After that, thin trays of 1-meter x 1 meter with a depth of 3 mm would be visualised to harden the soap and blended and be packed at 250 grams each for a price of 1 silver each. Now all I need to do was to make a printing plate of the Kurin Detergent Powder and visualised it over at the heavy set printing machine. I test print one copy and then fold it like a normal Detergent pack. I adjusted it and test print one copy and it came out perfect after I had folded and made it look like a paper bag. It had the word "KURIN" in the middle and below it in were "Lemon Scented" and another row below it states "Powder Laundry Detergent" and the name of our village and 250g below it. I decided on the ratio of 25:25:5:15 that denotes as 25 l****s of coconut and olive oil, 5 kilograms of lye and 15 kilograms of baking powder to make a total 90 kilograms of Detergent powder. And these would be blended and mixed in 1 single batch before being packed in 250 grams packing. I soon logged off my meditative mind and returned to the real world. =*= I was back in Hiko-sama's bedroom and went back to my room to clear the gunny sacks and placed them outside the house. I took a rag and some water in a bucket and added abit of Detergent that I had made earlier for a sample and shook the water with one of my hands to make suds and dipped the rag inside it. I carried the bucket to my room and began to clean it up. The Detergent had completely dissolved and it cleaned the floor pretty well, leaving a fresh rose scent behind. The grime and stubborn stains had gone and it left the room rather sparkling. I moved to Hiko-sama's room and cleared the contents off the floor and did the same. Just after cleaning the two rooms, the water in the bucket had turned dark which indicates that either I had not cleaned the house for some time or simply the Detergent had worked its charms pretty well. A sweet rose scent was now left Lingering in the air and that smell alone refreshes and invigorates my mind and body. I had used a few drops of the rose Essense and yet the effect was like a perfume that had been used instead. Another idea to make floor cleaning solution came to my mind but in powder form. That part would be left in some chapters ahead when the tasks at hand had been completed. As for the floor, it would be best smelling like like instead. I intended to add fruity smells to the Karada Soap collections but then this time around I would be thinking of hair shampoo and would think of other ways to bottle it. Maybe Hiko-sama can think of a way to use his kind of pottery to make into a hand dispenser for the hair shampoo. Yes! That would be it, a clay bottle for the hair shampoo instead. At least he can showcase his pottery art skills and in turn, he could run a small production for his bottles. "Hahahahah... At least he won't feel redundant in this business and contributed directly to it." I thought aloud. When Hiko-sama emerged from the toilet he first saw his room was in disarray. But the smell of rose suddenly hit him and he asked if I had dropped a bottle of Essense perfume because the scent was covering the whole house. I laughed and apologise because I used the Detergent to clean the floor and he was surprised that laundry Detergent can also be used as a cleaning agent. I packed his room and brought my items back in mine. "Sensei, I am interested to take a look at your pottery for a while. Would that be OK?" I asked politely so that he could share his passion with me as well as some secrets. "You wanted to see them now?" he asked in bewilderment as I had a sudden interest in his works. He went to the store and lit the oil lantern. I ran my hands on the surface of the pottery and found that the glazed ones were the most slippery while the lacquered one had more friction but is still slippery and when my hand ran over the original ones, it felt just right. "Sensei, can your pottery be made into anti-slip or less slippery and rough to the touch?" I asked. "Why do you ask?" "Earlier Riko was asking if this Detergent can be used for the hair. I intend to add fruity scent for the hair but then the production of the bottle was expensive. Furthermore, once you have shampoo in your hair and eyes, the bottle would prove hazardous as it may be very slippery and slipped to the floor and break." "Just now I was thinking of your pottery works and thought of the best surface to use and place in the bathroom. That's why I was thinking of the best surface and design as well as the shape of the clay bottles that you could make to store the shampoo." "Furthermore, you could design soap holders for the bathroom and sink, and patent them for sale together with the soap as a bundle or as a separate product." "Wah, kid. I was only in the bathroom and you could think of another business project. Your mind seems to be working nonstop at all! Yes, I'm interested and all open for your proposal. Pottery surfaces could be made rough and non-slippery when before heating them in the furnace, we would just sprinkle some fine sand on it." "Thank you so much for your tips, would you like to run your own production in the future for the clay bottles and soap holders?" "Definitely, kid. To run my own class and workshop had been my dream, but then would that exposes my closely guarded secret?" "As long as you are not the one doing it but instructing people doing it is fine, Sensei" "In that case, I totally agree with you and we will work for hand in hand in this empire of yours!" "It's not entirely mine, it should be O-U-R-S." "Alright, Sensei. Time for me to shower and then have a good rest. By the way, look at what I print for the Detergent packaging." I showed him the paper and showed him the folded version and he liked it very much. So it has been decided for the name and packaging style. I even mentioned the costs and he finds it very affordable and told him he can mass-produce clay scoops so at least they know how to gauge the contents for their laundry. "From iron plates, Hangers, Scented body soap, Seiko Tumbler machines, Detergent and the next would be clay bottles, soap holders, floor cleaning agent and hair shampoo. I wonder what would the next project be." Hiko-sama looked at my back and was amazed that this young kid could be a tycoon in a matter of weeks. "Sensei, could we open a corporate savings account using the business trade name and both of us as the beneficiaries?" I asked as I poked my head out from the shower with my hair been wet and had soap suds in it. "Eh... Do you wash your hair with the soap? It's possible?" asked Hiko-sama when he saw me with so-called shampooed hair. "We men don't necessarily need to use shampoo, but soap like this also can do. "Answer the question, Sensei..." As I still poked my body out while lathering myself with the soap. "Yes, we could, kid. You want me to do it tomorrow?" "Let me set aside the weekly budget and then we can proceed. You may close my savings account and withdraw all the gold coins and transfer them into our corporate account." I said as I poked my head back in the shower and closed the door and started to mimic Hiko-sama singing in the bathroom. Hiko-sama smiled and laughed at himself at my unselfishness and trust to dump all his assets and made him the beneficiary. After my shower, I returned to my room and Hiko-sama had his door closed so I decided not to disturb him in any way. I took yam and bananas for the preparation of the tea breaks for the workers and placed them in a large steamer basket to steam them now so I could just reheat them in the morning tomorrow. Preparations on advance had been my normal practice even in my previous life and even if the era would be slow-paced and relaxed but with me around I think it would start making people scrambling about to compete with my speed in completing tasks. Having the right mentality is the core of this success. Even how hard we fall we always pick ourselves up and continue one step at a time. Maybe the discipline I got from the military that was also part of my driving force. I checked my gold coins and set aside 260 for the building of the house and warehouse and had a balance of slightly over 480 excluding the silver and coppers. I foresee that I do not need any more bulk purchases in the coming 1 week, I just set aside 30 coins to round off the figure at 450 instead. With my personal assets of 180 or 185 gold coins in the initial savings account, the corporate account would now be estimated 600+. Not a bad start, not bad at all for a kid of my age to singlehandedly whipped up such saving within a period of 2 weeks. Crossing my fingers for the export business department to bring good tidings on their intended purchase for the [Refined Iron] plates that we have at 600 pieces, even at an export tax of 10% we still make a tidy profit since the materials were free. I decided to sleep it off and do not wish to think so much. Why the need for so much gold coins where there are people who need it most by providing employment? I made a mental note that we still would like to engage the services of the same 10 men for the construction of the warehouse and once it is ready, we would absorb the manpower. 10 men, 6 girls and 2 women that make up a total workforce of 18 not excluding the other 2 machinists in the trading district. Well, can't think too much. Better sleep it off and wait for tomorrow.
