I am officially taking my rights back to this book due to breach of contract. Withholding payments is unethical, reviewing payments is unethical. I did the work, the writing and everything else. Consider this my OFFICIAL RESIGNATION. I gave plenty of time for you to correct it and now, it is not corrected. You breached a contract, and yes, I spoke to a lawyer. I am an AMERICAN citizen, I know my rights, and I am utilizing them. I am still entitled to the payment for February. This Resignation and pulling of my chapters DOES NOT CANCEL THE PAYMENT YOU STILL OWE. I was given plenty of information by my lawyer, and I am doing exactly what he stated to do. THE RIGHTS OF THIS BOOK BELONG TO ME, NOT YOU. You do not have permission to sell, reproduce or attempt to finish what was submitted. I am the sole owner of the rights and book due to your breach. You cannot take this back. I take contracts seriously, and I found a way to make my busy hectic schedule to make sure I got my word count in, my daily bonus, and well-thought out chapters submitted. The 15 days ended here. I have officially pulled my contracts for a better opportunity with better pay. Even with promoting I was not progressing on this platform, and I worked long hours on my work, especially on His Lies and Her Secrets Book 1. Integrating the timeframes to switch scenes is a lot of work, and finding the right flows makes it all the more challenging. I have an opportunity to take my work and have a better future outcome for myself and for my family, and I am taking that opportunity. This does not mean you have to say good bye to the book. I know you are all enjoying it, and I am happy. I see new reads everyday for this one. Which is why I am writing to you about it in this episode. I won't get far here as a writer, but I will by taking the higher-paying opportunity that is less demanding and does not have the demands and stipulations put forth just to make something every month for the amount of work put in. I tried and failed to make a way to reach me in the authors' notes on all chapters but it would not work. I am hoping this will. Certain things in the author's notes were cut down or blanked out. This was the only way I could do it. That being said, I leave you with this information.
