APHRODITE POV

Cameron, Colton & I were just walking silently to the training field. We finally reached the training grounds and I was intrigued, to say the least. It looked like a very difficult, long and backbreaking obstacle course. The field had a track wrapped around it. It looked to be about two-three miles all the way around. In the middle the obstacle course consists of swimming, mud, climbing, swinging bars and more. I looked more at the obstacle course when I saw something that looked like electric cables. My eyes popped out of my damn head so fast I had to catch them!

“Do yall really do electroshock therapy on your trainees?!” I asked practically yelling. Colton thought my reaction was super funny. I elbowed him in his ribs. He choked on his spit on impact, I smirked.

“Yes we do. We try to get them ready for all kinds of situations.” Cameron said calmly.

“Oh. Understandable. Well, I’m going to go for a run. See you guys.” I smiled brightly at them & took off towards the track. I stopped at the beginning of the track path to turn on my music and attach it to my upper arm. I secured my ponytail and took off jogging first. As I was jogging I noticed a very sexy chocolate drop, eye f*****g me. I couldn’t help but admire him. He had soft, high, round cheekbones. A narrow nose, hazel eyes, thick eyebrows and a mustache with a beard to match. He was so sexy! He looked like Morris Chestnut. And yall know that man is FUW-INE! I gave him the most seductive smile. I wanted him to see all these pearly whites! I couldn’t stop the s****l images from plaguing my mind, me and him together would make Nutella. I had to divert my eyes because at this point I was drooling. And, I did not want to crash into ANYTHING! I kept running, keeping tabs of my breaths. I have asthma so I have to keep track of it. I have not had to use my inhaler for years thanks to my mother, Everlyn but just in case I keep tabs on it. I was on my fourth lap when I felt someone behind me. I looked to my left and surprise surprise, Morris Chestnut’s look alike was running too. I had to play it cool tho. I slowed down to catch my breath for a minute.

“Hey, You alright?” he asked. His voice was so deep like a grand canyon.

“Yes I’m fine” I said while looking everywhere else but at him.

“Marcus” he said to me, giving me his hand to shake.

“Aphrodite” I said with a smile, shaking his hand

“It’s very nice to meet you.”

“Likewise” , I smiled

“So what brings you to Solstice Moon?”. Solstice Moon? They never did tell me the name of their community. That is very unique, I wonder why they named it that. That is a good question to bring up later when I have time.

“Uh, well.. I am actually singing at the ceremony tonight”. He looked at me with his eyebrows raised.

“Oh really? So beautiful and talented, interesting” he said with a smirk. I was blushing harder than Cindy Lou-who’s cheeks.

“Haha well yea. Thank you” I smiled widely at him

“So do you have a date for tonight's event?” I was shocked. Was he asking me out on a date?

“I-I.. Uh- Well-” I was stuttering like a maniac. I closed my eyes to compose myself, taking a deep breath. When I opened my eyes, I was about to answer him when Cameron, Colton & Brandon came up. I groaned. They were definitely about to block my fun.

“What’s going on here?” Cameron asked, I was about to answer but he and Marcus were staring at each other. Cameron looked like he wanted to kill him.

“We were just talking.” I finally spoke to break up the awkward silence.

“I think you were doing a bit more than ‘just talking’.” Colton said. Sounding fairly annoyed.

“Uh excuse you Cole?”. He rolled his eyes

“You heard what I said”

“What’s with the attitude?” I asked him, now I was getting upset. He scoffed

“Marcus, you're dismissed. We will talk later.” Cameron interrupted us. Marcus just walked away not even sparing me a glance. I scoffed. Is he really scared of them or something? How could he just walk away? I rolled my eyes. I was about to walk away when Colton grabbed my arm. I looked down at his hand that was wrapped around my arm, I c****d my eyebrow at it, then I slowly looked up at him tilting my head to the right. He had a mincing look on his face and eyes, I, however, was not scared of Colton nor Cameron.

“Let me go please” I said calmly

“Why were you flirting with him?”

“I can do what I want now, let me go.” I said gritting my teeth. When I did that it seemed like his hold on my arm got tighter.

“YOU can not flirt with anyone, do you understand?”. I could do nothing but laugh. Was he serious? When I looked him in the eyes I could tell he was serious.

“I am a single woman, I can flirt, f**k and suck anyone I want to. You are not my boyfriend nor my husband! You can stop worrying about me! Now let my arm go before I put you on your ass Colton!” I yelled, I was angry. How dare he tell me not to flirt with anyone when he had a husband and a MISTRESS! I was in no shape or form his or Cameron’s. He, Cameron and Brandon looked at me in shock with their mouths wide open. I tried to snatch my arm away but I did not succeed. I just wanted to get away from all three of them right now. They are overwhelming and suffocating.

“You have 2 seconds to let me go” I said with venom in my words. Colton did not let my arm go. I groaned. I grabbed a hold on his hand that he grabbed me with, twisting his arm behind his back. He was shocked but regained himself quickly. He looked back at me with a smirk.

“Do you really want to play this game pet?”

“I told you to let me go ‘PET’.”

“Ok now. Aphrodite let him go. Let’s not get carried away” Cameron interrupted. Before I could even let him go, Colton flipped me over his back. I was preparing myself for the impact but it never came. Colton had caught me. He still had the stupid smirk on his face, which made me even more pissed. I pushed him off me. I wanted to walk away but he grabbed me again. I snatched away from him and practically stomped back to the house.

I walked into my room pacing back and forth. I felt a presence behind me, I turned around to see a botched barbie standing in my door frame. I rolled my eyes. I did not have time for her today. When I took a good look at her she had on black lace lingerie. Where the hell was she going?

“What do you want, botched barbie?” I asked, annoyed by her

“I have a name b***h. My name is-”

“I don’t give a damn what your name is Botched. Get the f**k away from my door.” I yelled. She looked angry but she started to smirk, ugh that face made me sick.

“Fine but I just wanted to warn you. If you try what you pulled on the training ground again I will kill you” she said with venom. I laugh.

“I can do what the hell I want. Now get out before I put you out!”

“Fine fine I’ll go. I have to go tend to both my men anyway”. I rolled my eyes.

“Good for you now bye Felicia”

“My name is not-”. Before she could even finish that sentence I pushed her outside my door and slammed it in her face. b***h. I let out a breath. I need a shower. I had just finished undressing when I heard a soft knock at my door. I wrapped my towel around my body. I walked over to the door annoyed because I had a feeling it was Barbie. I rolled my eyes and tugged the door open.

“b***h I said-”. I stopped mid sentence, my eyes grew wide when I realized it was Cameron and Colton. I was about to say something rude and snappy but I couldn’t get the words out. What was wrong with me? They said nothing to me, they just walked in my room. I followed them with my eyes and closed the door behind them.

“Can we talk?” Cameron asked. I nodded. I looked at Colton and noticed he was looking at my arm he grabbed. I looked down at it too, I was just now realizing that it had a bruise on it. He looked guilty. I hid my arm behind my back so he wouldn’t have to look at it.

“What is it?”

“I want to apologize, I shouldn’t have reacted the way I did and I shouldn’t have grabbed you that hard,” Colton said.

“It’s fine. No harm done”

“No.. Harm was done. Look at your arm”. He was beating himself up for this.

“Look, emotions were high. We both were upset, don’t beat yourself up over this. I am fine, promise.” I said to him sincerely.

“We want to add you” Cameron blurted out. Colton & I both looked at him like he lost all but one marble.

“What? Add me to what?” I asked confused

“We want to add you as a third in our relationship”

“Wait. Aren’t you gay?” I asked shocked

“No we aren’t gay” Colton laugh

“But-”

“We just love each other no other man, but we also like women” Colton corrected me

“So why me? Don’t you have botched barbie?”

“Botched barbie?” they said in unison

“Yes, that Felicia girl.” I said annoyed just by the thought of her

“Brianna” they said in unison again. That was kinda adorable especially with their confused expressions

“I think that’s her name, she’s been down my neck about staying away from you guys since I got here this morning” I rolled my eyes. They looked at each other.

“I assure you that has been over for a while now” Cameron said

“Uhhh well she showed up at my door after we had our argument with black lace lingerie on. So you want to try that again.” I looked at them with raised eyebrows & crossed arms.

“What?!” Cameron yelled, making the house shake. They both rushed out the room to theirs. I would have followed but I wanted to shower and I did not have time for more drama right now. I am tired. I closed the door behind them, making my way to the bathroom so I can finally shower!
