Chapter 19: My New Job

    Robbin's POV: 

    Should i accept his offer. Maybe i should try my option first. I might be young but i need to ne indepent. My parents would have wanted that. 

    "Thank you Jack, but i think will just stay in a hotel for now. Can you please drive me to one?" I asked him. 

    "Sure, but if you change your mind just call or text me" I'm sure i will be fine for a while.

    "I will" I said 

    He then drove me to a hotel near the shool so i won't be late which is good. Once he left i checked in and started job hunting. I found a small cafe near here that needs a waitress. It's a good thing that i have had  a job doing the same thing before moving here. 

    I quickly went to apply for it. The manager accepted me seeing that I've done this before. I will be working after school for the whole night since the cafe is open twenty-four hours. I can't complain since i need the money. I even took the weekends so i can earn more money for food. I hope it's enough though. I've already made some calculations and noticed i only had enough for the rent but it'll have to work. 

    Right now I'm setting up in my bedroom. I start work and school tomorrow. I think i should go to bed early because I'm sure I'll need all my energy. The good thing about working in a cafe is i get coffee to keep me awake. Bad news is i only get coffee but no food. I guess i can survive with just that.
