Walking through the lonely path going down the road with no direction to point out except just anywhere the road creates a path. He looks so confused and frustrated, not taking notice of those making effort to greet him or to cheer him up, everything looks the same and everyone looks the same to him. His perception is beclouded by his experience and what he is currently going through worsen the situation and built a fortified wall through which he views everything. As he walked down through the lonely road, he seems to have a direction to a meadow by the road side almost into the forest. He loves nature and the natural fumes in the atmosphere that seems to have captivated him and drew him to admire the meadow. The floor is covered with leveled carpet grasses and varieties of flowers to pattern the beauty of the garden. He admires the butterflies pollinating the flowers; suddenly his countenance gained a little brightness as he chuckles at the rising sun remembering the good old days.As he glares at the flowers continual a masculine voice from afar screamed his name âJosie, Josieâ briskly walking toward him to catch up with him, Josie turned and looked it was his dad Mr. Everest, the brightness on his face turned gloom as if the voice of his dad turned soured the sweetness of his heart created by the esthetic beauty of the garden. As his dad advanced towards him, he turned around and walked towards the gardenâs bench under an oak tree and he sat down waiting as his dad finally reached him and sat with him.âI understand how you feel Josieâ said Mr. Everest as he sat close to him and crosses his arm on his shoulder. âPlease donât take it the wrong way, but you have to calm down and control your thoughts so you will be able to get things right.ââNo dadâ Josie interrupted. âWhy are all these things happening to me? Why is my life this way? People donât care at all, they just want what they could get at the moment from me, but all I get In return is disappointment.â Tears run down his eyes as he tried to explain to his dad but his heart was deeply overwhelmed by his emotion and he quickly cut the explanation, aggressively stood up and walked a pace away from his dad. âDad, you wonât understand, I have tried my best and am still doing my best to make things work but nothing seems to be working out. What am I going to do now? Things are getting tough every day.âMr. Everest ponderously stood up and walked towards him with all confident like he was holding hope in a platter to give to Josie. âListen son, like I said, I understand how you feel, but can we just go home first? Everything will be fine, we need to keep our hope alive and never give up even if things seems not to be fine, if only we can stick together and work things out as we believe too, everything will be alright.â He crosses his arm on his shoulder again and said. âSon, come let go home, we will find a way, help must come, maybe not now but soon.âJosieâs mind was calm a little not because he bought into the hope Mr. Everest was trying to give him but because he need to obey his dad and accept his invitation to go home. Josie folds his two arms across his chest as he sluggishly walked with his dad back down the lonely road to the house.
