After gazing at her for a while, Wale said,
"With all, you have told me, I do not doubt in my mind that you truly love me. I asked you to give me time to let my feelings for you grow and you have promised you will wait for me. Well, I must say I appreciate your love for me, your understanding, and your willingness to be patient and wait for me. So, I guess all we have to do now is to leave everything to time which has a way of revealing things and shaping our destinies."
"You are right. Time will sort things out," she replied as she glanced at the time, it was 2:30 pm.
"Wale, the time has gone so fast. I guess you must be hungry now?" she asked.
"Yes, I am," he replied.
"Okay. Let me put on the television for you while I go to the kitchen to cook," she said.
