I kept asking myself, what did Luca say to Wilona? She had her thinking expression after talking to him three days ago.
Something has been bothering me since I arrested him. He seemed disorientated, but how do I explain the clothes and...? I cursed when I remembered his involvement with Wilona since she was a pup and he had so many opportunities to harm her.
‘It’s too late Kai, we will hang him in front of the pack and the elders already concluded his verdict.’ Nova interfered with my thoughts.
‘I will live the rest of my life with the pain of losing not just my beta, but my best friend.’ I sighed, walking out of the bathroom, finding Annunziata busy on her laptop, with her forehead wrinkled in seriousness and biting her lower lip.
