Penny pov

It's been a few days since Gary and I have been married, we ran with the pack, and then we mated with just him and I.

Let me tell you something, it was so much better with just us alone in the room, I wasn't so nervous. We both didn't want kids right now, we wanted to just be me and him for right now, I wanted to learn so much, i went from being an omega to a luna really quickly, we didn't rip up the contract, we talked about it, but we both said no,, let the contract run out, and if i still wanted to leave than I could, But to be honest. I wouldn't leave, I loved this man, I was running in the woods letting my wolf out so she could get stronger, she loved running and hunting down rabbits, sometimes a deer. She suddenly stopped sniffing the air, she let out a growl,

“No, it's not a rogue. It’s someone that we thought we would never see again. She turned facing the one man that i had never wanted to see again,

‘If you do not shift right now, I will kill your wolf meaning you will die as well, shift now, Penny,” I was glad there were clothes put up in trees all over the forest, Walking behind a tree, I shifted into my human form, I grabbed the clothes that was in a tree, putting them on, i walked from behind the tree,

‘What do you want Simon, i’m not a part of your pack anymore, I found my mate, I belong here now,”

“I didn't come here to take you back, Penny, I came here to get you to bring Jenni back, I know you know where she's at,” Was this jackass for real, i had no clue where she was at, i had her number, but i threw that away a month ago,

‘I don't know where she is at Simon, so why don't you leave, I don't want anyone thinking I'm doing anything wrong,”

‘You and I both know you haven't changed, you would sleep with the first wolf that hits on you, your a w***e and always will be, I know where Jenni is, I just wanted to see if you did, I gave her a few months to come to me, if she doesn't im going to burn down her mates pack, I will kill them both,” What is he saying, this a##hole has always been a bully, im not a w***e never have been,he was the only one i had slept with, he was my first, and he knew it, but he never cared, it’s the reason why i was glad i left as well, i mindlinked my mate, and told him what was going on, He told me he was on his way, to not show fear, that's what he wanted is to see the fear in my face, the link was shut off,

but he hit me harder in my face than kicked me again, i wasn't knocked out, but i was hurting badly, i couldn’t move,

he got up kicking me one last time than he shifted into his wolf than ran off, I was hurting, But I got up, Rain started to heal me but she whimpered, i wondered what was wrong, until i felt something start to go down between my legs, I was bleeding, Could i been pregnant and not know,

‘Rain, did you know we had a pup?”

“No Penny, it was too early to know, but from the looks of it, we lost it before it could even form,’

i fell on the ground, and tears started coming down my face, Gary and a few warriors got there a few minutes later. He looked at me and knew What Simon had done, sniffing the air he looked down and saw the blood coming down my legs, his eyes went wide, picked me up than rushed me to the pack hospital, the doctor was waiting for us, Gary laid me on the bed in the room,

‘Alpha, you need to give us some room. We need to check the luna,

Gary pov

When Penny mindlinked me telling me that Simon was there and threatening her, i told her to stay strong, not to show fear, we shifted running to where she was, but we got there a little too late, she was on her knees crying, i stopped sniffing the air, i smelled blood, looking down it was coming from between her legs, shifting back into my human form, picking her up i ran with her in my arms, I got to the pack hospital in no time at all, Laying her down on the bed the doctor asked me to

‘Alpha, please give us some space we need to check up on the luna,” I growled, telling the doctor

“I'm staying. She needs me right now, I can help her heal.”

“I know that Alpha, But i need to check to see about the baby,” moving so he could go to her, he put her feet up in stirrups, He did an exam, than placed her legs back down, pressing on her stomach gently moving his fingers around, i saw him shaking his head, I will kill him, when i catch him im going to kill him, When he was done with the exam, he moved over to me,

‘Alpha, She lost the baby, it looks like she was kicked hard several times in the stomach, she has bruises on her arms and her stomach, i am giving her some pain meds, if she is in any pain, give her two every twelve hours, Things will be okay, after three weeks you can try again,”

‘Doctor we didn't know she was pregnant in the first place. This was a surprise to the both of us,”

‘Alpha, It can be a huge surprise for anyone, she will be okay in a few weeks, that's when you can try if that's what the two of you want to do,” He left the room, walking over to her, I kissed her forehead, then told her,

‘When I find him. I'm going to kill him.”

We need to call the king and let him know what happened.
