Ella's POV
It felt like a cold midnight breeze wept over me, giving me the chills.
My mind was racing and I didn't know what to think when I heard Damien's words.
'' No, it can not be true,'' I said to myself as I looked bewildered.
I wanted to say something. Anything at that moment would have been fine, but my mouth lost all its ability to speak.
'' Please say something,'' Damien begged me.
But nothing I did could help my mouth to say what it wanted to.
'' I know what you might be thinking and you are right, I am a monster.'' Damien let out but still nothing from me. I couldn't bring my lips to speak what my heart wanted.
'' Ella you are killing me, please say something,'' Damien let out as he cupped my face with his hands.
'' How?''' that was all I could manage to say.
