Ava's P.o.v
Atleast ninety percent of college students are in a relationship, or maybe that's how I see it, or perhaps is how it's supposed to be, but the sad part is that am among the ten percent with no relationship to brag about, no boyfriend, no anything just me. At twenty one am still a virgin, I know that shocked you, but this is me you know. Most of my friends lost their v card while in junior school yet there is me here in college still protecting the cherry. My friends even made fun of me that at this point they think I will die a virgin. Not bad though, but I hope someday I fall in love with someone.
Having zero experience in dating as a college student is so frustrating, when others are talking about their dating life, what they did with their partner, am always left behind because I have nothing to comment. But you can't blame, I started working part time since my junior year hence I had no time for dating. Finding a job for myself was the only way that I could escape my family drama. I know I missed a lot in life but I always assure myself that maybe it was for the best not that I see the best in it.
Still I have my share of crushes, mostly celebrities, especially Korean men haha funny how you can fall in love with people you see on tv those that you are sure you won't meet even in your next life, just kidding I might meet them in this life, mostly in concerts and Vacation.
Leah's P.O.V
I sat on my bed with a pen and a paper, with me was a list of men that I was planning to set my friend with, I tried setting her on a blind date twice but she failed to show up so this time round am going to take her there myself. There is no way she is going to be single forever.
How she remained single for twenty one years is still a misery to me, I mean she got the looks, the curves were there and she had that thick and long blonde hair, what else does she needs to be asked out. I wasn't as pretty as her but I had my full share of relationships.
Setting her with one of my boyfriend's close friend was what I was planning to do today, and no matter what, she was going to be at the blind date. I called my boyfriend's friend Tony to remind him that the blind date was still on, then I headed to Ava's apartment to check if she was getting ready, but instead I found her on her bed.
"How the hell are you still in bed, it's past eleven, I thought you will be ready by now." I tried sounding angry so she could know how serious this blind date was to her, but does she care. It's like she wanna stay single forever .
Ava's P.O.V.
" Blind date?? You are kidding me right, you know very well how I hate meeting people and you went ahead and set me with someone again. The last two blind dates didn't go well why would you go on and add another one, it's not that is going to work anyway." I shouted at Leah who was on the other end of the phone.
" The last one didn't work since you never attended it, give this a trial, if it doesn't work then you are Free to die single." Leah tried to convince me.
If am going to this blind date, then am going to ruin it so the guy won't contact me for another one. As promised I went to the date as per Leah's wish.
My main aim was to ruin this blind date so that my friend will stop asking me to meet strangers in form of blind dates. The first thing I did was to arrive an hour late which obvious I knew would upset my date, the second thing I did, I ordered a lot of food and ate all to the point that my could not take anymore, I wanted to scare him away, and I had to do anything in my position for that.
After two hours of chitchatting here and there, the date ended and we all went our separate ways with no plans of a second date thanks to me.
I thought of what I would tell Leah if she asked about how it went and after much consideration, I decided to go with, the guy didn't seem friendly hopefully to make her stop her blind dates things. But true to my thoughts she didn't ask much after I lied to her.
Days passed by and everything went back to normal, school during the week and my job during the weekend, the school term didn't last long and soon summer break came. I decided to apply for internship in an entertainment industry since that was my what I was majoring in. I applied in different companies and to my luck, I got accepted in one. I started my job as an intern .

One day, Leah called me telling me she had
set me with someone for a blind date. At first I was reluctant but knowing my friend, I ended up saying yes. I had thought the blind date had ended but it seems like I underestimated my friend.
Left with no other choice, I agreed to meet the man for the date. Leah immediately sent me the address of the hotel which I was to meet the guy.
Leah setting me with guys seems like something that she is planning on doing for a long time, at this point I think I need to find myself a fake boyfriend.
My date was scheduled at noon, and this time round, by noon I was ready and since Leah wasn't driving me, I took a cab.
