I opened my eyes. Had it been a dream all along? I sighed as I stood up and hurried to the Alpha's room. Several thoughts ran through my mind as I ran with all my strength.
“Where is the Alpha King?” I asked with a confidence.
Of course, I had expected their reaction to my question as I tried to maintain my stand and act unabated. The guards stared at each other and let out a loud laughter, mocking me, I presumed.
