The minute the guards informed me about Eric's location, I sprinted as though my life depended on it. When I got there, I found the place completely empty. My feet were tired and worn out. My throat had gone dry and I could feel myself slowly getting dizzy. The night's wind blew across my face as I scanned through the entire area.
"Ivan!" I screamed in a high pitched voice. How is it possible that I could find them here? The guards had told me that Eric came towards this direction.
"Alpha king?" I screamed for the second time and just when I was about giving up, I heard rustling sounds. My heart caught up in my throat at the possibility of getting kidn*pped again but my fears immediately subsided when I spotted Eric.
